Spotlessly clean with great views of the sea. There are a lot of steps to get to the apartment if you are on foot (189 to be exact) but it’s fine if you’re moderately active. Sofa could have been more comfortable, but it is a sofa bed so is never going to be plush. Shower head needs a good descale but other than that it was pristine. Takes around 50 mins to walk to the old town, or the number 4 bus stop is at the bottom of the 189 steps.

I stayed here with my two teenagers. We had a great stay! The views are spectacular. We found the location to be ideal and enjoyed getting in extra steps each day. Sitting on the balcony during the mornings and evenings is what I will remember the most about our stay. We visited the beach each day, on our way we grabbed snacks and drinks from the grocery store (right across the street from the bottom of the stairs) and then after a stop home to shower and change, hopped the bus to Old Town. Matteo was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. We would recommend this apartment.

Great location with stunning views. We saw sunset and sunrise at our balcony. There are total 3 air conditioners. Each bedroom has an AC. The bathroom is very clean. The only complaint I had is that in the bathroom, there is no hook for towels at all. Going to old town is very easy by taking line 4 bus. You park your car at the apartment, and no need to drive it until you leave. Please note that you have to bring your own beach towels. You cannot take theirs to the beach. They don't give you extra towels anyways.

Matteo met us for an early check-in which we were greatly appreciative of. I know that is not always the case, but we were happy it worked out. The view from the balcony is splendid! The apartment is adorable and had everything we needed. We took a ten minute walk to Tommy to get groceries. The stairs leading down to the beach were so convenient and is a GREAT workout! 206 steps (but who is counting) 3 to 4 times a day! Great restaurants in walking distance. Matteo gave us great recommendations. A wonderful host! We loved our stay! The view alone will keep us coming back and staying here again!

Fantastische plek om Dubrovnik te verkennen. Mateo is ontzettend gastvrij en vriendelijk en geeft vele tips voor restaurants en activiteiten in de omgeving en kan helpen boeken als je dat wilt. de locatie ligt prachtig op een heuvel. 150 traptreden of een slingerweg naar boven brengen je er, of je pakt voor weinig geld een taxi. In Lapad is vanalles te doen, of met 10 minuten ben je in het oude centrum per taxi of bus. Echt een aanrader deze plek!

The host Mateo was amazing, he organised transfers to and from the airport and welcomed us on arrival. He recommended some wonderful restaurant's locally and within the city walls The accommodation was spotlessly clean and perfect for our vacation, the views were amazing in what is a very peaceful location, with shops, restaurant's and bus stops all close by. This is a beautiful apartment, perfectly located a short taxi ride from Dubrovnik Old Town and a few minutes walk from sunset beach and the promenade as well as restaurants, bakery and supermarket. The apart was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children), spotlessly clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. Mateo is an excellent host - responsive, friendly and very helpful and flexible. Above all, the views are spectacular- this is definitely a hidden gem and we would love to stay again.

This is a great apartment offering beautiful views and close walking access to the beach & restaurants. Be prepared for stairs! Despite being tucked up on the hillside, no ubers or taxis had any issues with finding us. Overall I would highly recommend this rental unit for your stay in Dubrovnik.

A lovely base to explore Dubrovnik. The apartment itself is lovely, and is a short taxi ride away from the old town of Dubrovnik and walkable to the main port for ferries/boats. The host Mateo is very helpful and friendly, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

We quickly learned that in Dubrovnik it’s best to stay a little away from the old town, so this was a great location and walking distance to a public beach, the promenade and a 5 star resort. We arrived at the properly following a huge ordeal and were close to tears, not knowing what to expect. Despite the late timing and difficult situation, Ivan showed up with a smile and let us in. He was fantastic, hospitable, understanding and helpful! The apartment was clean despite the short notice, and had everything we could possibly need! A complimentary water bottle in the fridge and some biscuits and fruit on the table. Every room had its own aircondition so you could comfortably adjust the temperature for yourself without disturbing others. Balcony had a lovely view and nice sitting area with table and chairs too. This apartment definitely exceeded our expectations and would be classed as a 5 star stay. Plus the price was very reasonable and totally worth it. Parking is also available on site, especially since it’s best to take public transport or a taxi when going to the old town. Last but not least, the shower was powerful and excellent, probably the better than all the top hotels we’ve stayed in!

I stayed here with my husband and 5 year old for 3 nights. The apartment was well equiped, modern and clean. The view was amazing. Only a short walk to the bus stop to acces old town. The local beach was a short walk away, where you can watch sunset, along with returants and bars. Communication between the owner was easy and he had some great advice and tops on arrival. I would really recomend here and hope to come back again!

Beautiful location and that terrace with a view of Lapad Bay was spectacular. It's about 5 mins taxi to old town Dubrovinic. We like being outside of the city. Much more peaceful and easy to get around via foot. We spent 5 days. This was our 1st stop on a 3 week trip through Croatia. It was comfy and quiet, with nice beds and clean space. The terrace was the biggest draw. Maro was great to work with. Informative and helped us book an excursion to the Elaphite Islands, which was wonderful. Great restaurants, Tommy market, swimming beaches and walking the promenade are very close. Ubers are very easy to get in the entire area. The apartment is on a hill, so walking down to the bay and town does require walking down several steps. So just a little something to be aware of, if you aren't flexible and agile. It will get your legs and lungs pumping. Thank you for a great stay Maro! It was a perfect landing spot to get our trip started and get through jetlag. Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment, looked exactly like the photos, modern and clean. Stunning view from the balcony, in a great location just a few blocks from sunset beach and the promenade. The apartment is located high up on a hill with many, many steps. Easy walk down the steps (a little harder going up). One night the neighbors were playing loud music when we got home around midnight. We were pleasantly surprised with the air conditioning on and windows shut, we didn’t hear a thing and were able to sleep peacefully. I would stay here again as I prefer Lapad beach to old city, which is an easy uber ride away.

We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights! Maro was a great communicator. He organised a shuttle to pick us up at the airport, met us in person when we arrived at night & gave us plenty useful info. He also organized some champagne glasses for us on request - thank you! Apartment was spotless, newly renovated bathrooms and in general very comfortable. The main bedroom is unfortunately too narrow to fit a baby cot next to the bed, so baby had to sleep in the second bedroom and our 3rd guest slept on the sleeper couch in the lounge. The balcony and view is superb! We caught an uber into the old town everyday (about €6 and takes 5-10 minutes). The ubers can come to the top of the apartment so you don't need to walk any stairs. We found the stairs completely manageable if you are vaguely fit. There is a play area in the courtyard downstairs which was really great for our little one. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!!

With flight cancellations and diversions landing from multiple airports for our family vacation Maro continued to communicate through all the changes and was flexible to meet our son ( the only one who made it on time) at the apartment. He rearranged pick up from the airport ( great fun driver) and met us the next day again when we arrived. He is AMAZING… even got us a private driver to Venice who is equally off the charts. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until midnight, but the self check-in instructions provided by Mateo were clear and easy to follow—we were settled in within minutes. The apartment was excellent, with breathtaking views. It’s brand new, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The beds were slightly on the softer side, but still comfortable. Mateo was a fantastic host, offering helpful tips and guidance for getting around Dubrovnik and suggestions for nearby excursions. The property is located on a hill, but we found getting around very easy using Uber—rides to the Old Town were quick, affordable (around €8), and always available within a couple of minutes.
