Everything was good, the photos correspond to how the accommodation looks. The location is excellent: there is a beautiful beach nearby, restaurants and grocery store. Easy to get to the old town by bus, car or foot. The terrace has amazing view and was nice to spend evening there. One thing that started to annoy a bit, was the noise by the ventilation systems of the hotel nearby (I suppose it was ventillation system). The noise wasnot very loud, but instead of the the sea you hear that rumble. This wasn't a big problem for us, but it might be relevant for someone.

Un departamento muy lindo con una excelente vista al mar, sobre todo desde la terraza. Siempre tuvimos una comunicación fluida con Zana y estuvo atenta a nuestra llegada que fue bastante tarde. Nos recibió y nos explicó todo muy bien. Nosotros estuvimos en invierno y la calefacción funcionó perfectamente. Muchas gracias!

This airbnb has an amazing view and is so beautiful! My stay was great and in walking distance of some restaurants. I would recommend staying here, the owners are very nice we’re willing to accommodate date for any additional needs we had.

This property was nicely located on a quiet side street. Near the beaches and the Lapad neighborhood. Great terrace. Well appointed unit - my only surprise was that the AC was only located in the primary bedroom. However, it kept the rest of the unit at a reasonable temperature. It’s likely only Americans like us who love our AC will even care.

Good spot in Dubrovnik, very close to a tiny and pleasant rock beach, with lots of fishes. This apartment is really a good choice. I find however the announcement a bit misleading on certain points: . Old city is at 24mn according to Google and that’s what it takes, not 10-15’. . No AC in the second bedroom and when opening the windows you get the owner’s AC’s noise . While the terrace is you own, another appartment need to go through it (which was no annoyance at all). . The bathroom would need a refresh

The views from the terrace alone are worth the price but the location was wonderful as well. We were right at the top of a wonderful rocky beach and less than 5 minutes away from a pebble beach. Old town was a quick Uber away which made exploring easy as well. There was only one A/C in the main bedroom but it was incredibly powerful and could cool down the entire place if the door was left open. Beds were comfortable and having the kitchen throughout the week was so helpful, with all the tools and utensils you could possibly need.

I've had a great time in Dubrovnik with my family while staying in Martina's appartment. The location is perfect! Not too busy, but close enough to walk to the center. The view was beautiful. Martina replies quickly and gave recommendations about activities worth doing or places worth visiting. Fantastic stay in Dubrovnik!

Location of this property was great for a view of Dubrovnik. Close to a market, good restaurants, free parking and a large wonderful portico for sitting and watching the sea. Communications with the owner were prompt and very helpful. Interior was comfortable for the 3 of us with a well appointed kitchen.

This is a very nice place with beautiful surroundings and open sea. The house itself is quite big, but we only occupied the front section. It was small occupancy but but facilitated well with furnished and utilities. We met up with Martina’s mother who welcomed us into the home and explained functionality of the home. She was very nice and helpful which made our stay easy. The place is about 20 mins walk to old town. If you look for a nice view and comfy, I would recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Martina's place. It was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. We were able to cook multiple meals here and I was also able to take work calls on the wifi without an issue. The walk to Old Town was scenic and took only 20mins or so, but Ubers and busses were also easy enough to come by. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Dubrovnik!

This was the perfect place for us to stay. We enjoyed being right next to the ocean with a view from the patio. We enjoyed just walking down the stairs to get into the ocean for swimming. We enjoyed being able to walk to a Market in a couple of minutes and nice restaurants close by. It was an easy 25minute walk to the old city. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. Air conditioning is great. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was right in front of the ocean and 2mins away from mini shop and Rixos Hotel where you can arrange a rental car and enjoy lovely drinks at the ocean view bar. Host has been very helpful for any help we needed and communication was very prompt. I highly recommend this place if you wanted to be close to old town but have a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood.

Zena (Martina) is a wonderful host and concierge! We really enjoyed her wonderful apartment with the spectacular view and large patio to enjoy drinks, read or visit. The location that is easily walkable to the Old City. The parking is just outside the apartment, so very convenient. We appreciated the airport pickup and dropoff service she provided and excellent restaurant recommendations. We loved Taj Mahal and Casa! We highly recommend a stay here!

We had a wonderful stay. Zana meet us for check in and was very friendly and helpful. The house is conveniently located between Dubrovnik old town and Lapad - both about a 20 minute walk away. We loved the large terrace with its amazing view. The house was very clean and it had everything that we needed. The sea is a 2 minute walk away. There’s no beach, but you can sit on the rocks. Next door is 5 star hotel - it’s very convenient for getting a taxi and its pool. Would definitely recommend staying at this house

We travelled with our 2 young children and had a brilliant time! The beach is literally at the end of the road, so we went swimming in the mornings. The outdoor dining / chill area is perfect and the views are just amazing. The walk into the old town is about half an hour with children so we got a cab back each time. We loved our stay here!

Amazing views, beautiful terrace, great for travelers with little children - you just have to be aware that Dubrovnik is not the ideal town for strollers, up and down and a lot of stairs. The place where you can down to the ocean is not good for little children but the beach around 10-15 minutes walk is great. The hotel next door has a great play room for rainy wether and they have great coffee and cake with awesome views :) The apartment is equipped ok - but if you want to cook yourself there is not too much equipment, fine for quick and easy cooking. Martina and Zana are very helpful. Would come again!
