We had an amazing time staying at Mateo’s place. We had a flexible check in and the instructions to get inside were clear. The apartment is only a 7 minute uber from Old Town Dubrovnik, while much more quiet and peaceful. The interior of the apartment is well done, the beds were comfortable, and we had a great view from the balcony. The host was always helpful. Would highly recommend staying here

We had a great time staying here in Dubrovnik. The place was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view from the patio. It was walkable down to restaurants, beaches, and bars. Mateo was extremely responsive and helped us feel right at home. We'll definitely return next time we're visiting Dubrovnik!

Mateo is the most attentive host. He made sure we all knew how everything worked in the apartment and gave us recommendations for things to do, transport and where to eat! He was always responsive to messages and couldn’t have been more helpful. The location was great and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach! We will definitely be returning!

Mateo, the host, was super friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. The location of the apartment was great because we could easily reach Old Town Dubrovnik by a quick bus ride from a bus stop nearby the apartment and walk to a grocery store as well as to restaurants nearby. In addition, we were able to park our car in an underground garage that came with the apartment. The view from the kitchen was lovely. We could see cruise ships and boats docked in the harbour across the apartment. The beds and beddings were very comfortable and the host left us everything we needed during our four nights stay there, including toiletries and laundry detergents.

The apartment is modern, bright, and spacious! Everything we needed was available and Mateo was an excellent host. He met us during check in and gave us all the tips and tricks we would need. He checked in routinely through our stay to make sure we were well informed and comfortable. The view from the balcony was fantastic and the location is in decent proximity to supermarket, public transport, beaches, and restaurants in Lapad area. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here!

The apartment was beautiful and a great size for our family group of four. The view across the harbour is stunning! We loved that the old town was just a short bus ride away and that there were lots of restaurants nearby. Me and my friends had the best time staying in this flat! It is clean and has everything you need and the view is second to none! Our host was so helpful and recommended loads of fun things for us to do! The beach is only a 10 minute walk and the flat is a 10 minute drive to the old town which makes it the perfect location!! Highly recommend a stay here. Location is great for a few decent restaurants in walking distance along with a supermarket 2 minutes away. Short walk for busses or short taxi journeys to beach clubs €7. Excellent communication from the hosts and everything very smooth. Our super friendly host was there to greet us and introduce us to his home and Dubrovnik. He made the arrangements for airport transfers. He gave wonderful recommendations on supermarkets, restaurants and tours. His home is brand new, spotlessly clean, with a spectacular view of the bay from his balcony. Cruise ships were a sight to behold. At night the bridge and city lights were breathtaking. Dubrovnik is incredibly beautiful, with so much to do and see. The seafood is excellent and the people are incredibly friendly and helpful. They know how to welcome and keep tourists coming back. One of my favorite places on earth. And this Topdeck airbnb is definitely topnotch. We loved our host! Thank you!

This place is absolutely amazing and exactly as described. Ivan the host was always responsive when any questions asked and was there to meet us to show us around and also arranged an airport pick up at a very reasonable price. On the third floor so a fantastic view from the balcony/terrace which overlooks the sea and harbour. Highly recommended😁

My family and I had the best time in Dubrovnik, and this gorgeous apartment was the perfect accommodation for our family of 5. I would highly recommend this place; location was perfect with walking distance to local beaches, bars, restaurants, and busses that took you to Old Town in 10 min - we barely used our car. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need - i loved that it was very clean, comfortable and with high quality furniture/facilities. Lastly, the host Ivan was wonderful and very accommodating, super responsive and helpful! We loved Dubrovnic - personal favourites are Old Town and St Jacob's beach!

So we enjoyed my stay here, we had a power cut on Saturday night, which was intermittent, then on Sunday went out for a several hours, the host said would get some one out on Monday, but we pushed back and then came around, sorted after an hour Or so, but 10 mins after left failed again, then came back and ran an extension lead as three sockets were off line, said never happened before, but this was an expensive place with a work around for power, also the wi-fi was poor with tellly freezing and knocking you off mobile devices .. The kitchen was not that well equipped considering the price .. The agent was helpful but not what expect for the price we paid, when we arrived one of the sockets was out of the wall, so suspect we were not first to have a power failure, so a little disappointed and took the edge off a great holiday..

The host and their agent were personable and friendly and accessible. The agent met us at the apt and explained all the do's and don'ts and the host arranged for our excursions and transportation from the airport and helped us with our travel to Split. The place was in pristine condition and stocked with all the necessary supplies to last us during our stay. The WiFi was patchy at times, the place was walking distance to the Sunset Beach which is a must see if you visit the area and we used Uber for visiting the Old Town and getting around the town. Overall the host made our experience positive and enjoyable.

Auf hohem Niveau ‚gemeckert‘ - es wäre schön, wenn noch passendes Geschirr und passende Gläser zur Verfügung stünden. Das fanden wir sehr schade, dass bei der Ausstattung am Geschirr etc. gespart wurde.

This pass also gives you 6 passes on the bus which goes from Lapad , number 6 bus to old town , once you buy pass on line you show your Qr code to the person at bus kiosk they will give you the bus pass ..

Amazing, full stop. The flat is spacious and comfortable, clean and well furnished, the location is very good and all around, a great pick for the prize. The host was responsive and quick, he organised our transportation from and to the airport at a discounted prize. Would absolutely recommend it.

This apartment is located about a 7 minute drive from old town. It’s very clean, and roomy. We loved having access to a grocery store and a pharmacy close by. Plenty of restaurants to get food just around the corner. Overall an amazing experience !!!

The apartment was perfect, comfy beds, 2 good showers and air con in every room. The balcony gets sun in the morning for a coffee and is lovely to relax on in the evening after a day sightseeing in the shade taking in the gorgeous view. Only 5 minutes walk to a lovely strip of bars/restaurants down to sunset beach, very chilled out area. Also there is a small supermarket and chemist just across the road from the apartment. Only 15 minutes in an uber/taxi to old town but great to be able to escape back to the relaxing vibe in Lapad. Highly recommended!
