We enjoyed our stay - location is amazing if you want to be in Old Town. The apartment was quiet, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hosts were accommodating allowing an early check-in on our arrival day, wifi was reliable, and water was piping hot as long as we didn't accidentally turn off the water heater switch. I liked being able to open the shutter windows onto the stone streets - romantic. We didn't cook so can't comment on those amenities though I enjoyed the coffee maker every morning. You will need to climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage - not a problem for us though I think good to know for some. I would stay again and hopefully spend more time in the apartment :)

This apartment was perfect for our winter visit to Dubrovnik. It was very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adult children) with a kitchen fitted out with cooking equipment, utensils and dishwasher. The location is ideal for visiting the old town with a grocery store and bakery right nearby.

Martina’s place was very good. Location was great. Plenty of space for the four of us. Bathrooms were nice, kitchen was well stocked. The auto lights were a bit annoying. Would consider to stay here again.

Fantastic location and lovely apartments! The place was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for our time in Dubrovnik. Everything was within walking distance, and the host made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

This space was perfect for two couples. It was so nice to have two separate bathrooms and bedrooms. The living space is open and bright with a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and nice furniture. Martina and her team were incredibly responsive to our questions and offered wonderful suggestions. Old-Town Dubrovnik is tricky to navigate, but the check-in directions were easy and included photos clearly detailing every step of the way. I highly recommend this space!

Location in the centre of Old Town was a real bonus. Close to everything: supermarket, cafes and restaurants, the port and historical sites. Apartment was very comfortable and roomy. Washing machine came in very handy as it was hot when we were there. Host communicated well and gave helpful advice.

We had a great stay! It took us a little bit to locate, but the instructions provided were very clear. The streets of Dubrovnik are just challenging to understand (which is also what makes them so beautiful!). Would definitely stay again.

This place is great! In other reviews they said it was noisy at night, but we didn't hear anything. It's spacious, has comfy beds, and in a great location. There are stairs which would be hard for mobility issues, but really the old city is filled with stairs anyway so be prepared. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 4 nights here. The location was fantastic, there are quite a few stairs but as long as you can manage them you will have a great stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and was a great base for us. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The PDF of instructions you receive right before check in are excellent ! So the apartment is easy to find. When you walk down the lane to the front door you start to wonder what the apartment will be like, and then there's the stairs and you wonder once more... But when you reach the top and the apartment unveils itself... What a great surprise, the apartment is brilliant !! Very modern, large bathrooms.. simply excellent !

Our stay in Dubrovnik and Martina's place was pleasant. Can't beat the location if you want to be in the heart of the old town. Market, bakery and restaurants were just around the corner. The place was clean and had the basic necessities required. When staying there you get the feeling of how the towns people lived. Loved hanging our laundry out the window. Would recommend Martina's place to others.

This apartment is lovely, well-situated in the heart of old town and close to restaurants, groceries, and attractions. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds, and the amazing shower with plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. We would like to warn any light sleepers that there are motion sensor lights in the apartment that turn on and off very easily, making it impossible to move around without disturbing others that may still be sleeping. This is great in the stairwell, but less welcome in the entrance to the back bedroom. Overall, a very nice apartment for our weekend away.
