Set in Dubrovnik’s Lapad area, this 65 m² apartment offers an open-plan living room and kitchen, with a kitchen island and cooking essentials (including oil, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, salt, and sugar). The two bedrooms are set up for restful sleep, with a king-size bed in Bedroom 1 and twin beds available on request; blackout curtains help with morning rest. The bathroom includes a rainfall shower, plus a hairdryer and a washer/dryer. A dedicated workspace in Bedroom 1 and free WiFi are provided, and the living room TV includes Netflix and HBO. The balcony and windows offer views of greenery and pine trees. Lapad Bay beaches are about a 15-minute stroll away, and the promenade starts about 100 m from the apartment. The port with daily ferry routes and the Old Town bus stop for Pile Gate are also close. Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00; smoking is permitted only on the balcony, and parties, events, and pets are not allowed.

The apartment features an open-plan living room and kitchen, providing a welcoming space to gather and share stories from the day's adventures. The kitchen island is perfect for collaborative cooking, and it comes fully equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, large fridge, freezer, and a starter pack of cooking essentials like oil, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, salt, and sugar.

Sunlight streams in through the generous windows, creating a bright airy atmosphere. All windows and the small balcony offer views of greenery and pine trees. 

Streaming services like Netflix and HBO are available on the living room TV which can be rotated to be enjoyed from the kitchen or living room sofa.

The two bedrooms offer a cozy atmosphere with comfy bedding, extra pillows, and lovely linen. Blackout curtains will ensure your morning sleep is not interrupted by the first rays of sun, while sheer curtains offer privacy and allow sunlight to seep into the rooms.

Bedroom 1 can be set up as a twin bedroom (two separate single beds) on request. The regular setup is a king-size bed.

A dedicated workspace in bedroom 1 makes remote work convenient with the apartment's free WiFi connection.

The bathroom features a shower with a rainfall showerhead creating a home spa feeling. Along with a starter pack of toiletries, laundry detergent, and cleaning products, a hairdryer and washer/dryer are provided for your convenience. 

The apartment is a non-smoking space, but smoking is permitted on the balcony.

*Reach the historic city center, which the locals call the Old Town, by bus within minutes. The bus stop for Pile Gate (the entrance to the Old Town) is just 100m from the apartment. Taking the bus is the best way to get to the Old Town as parking around the City walls is sparse, and buses use a separate line to avoid traffic jams. 

*The Port with daily ferry routes to Mljet, Hvar, Korčula, and Three Island excursions is just a few minutes walk from the apartment.

*The main bus terminal with intercity buses and shuttle buses to the airport is a 5-minute drive from the apartment.
