Firstly, when booking Mihaela was extremely proactive, communicating quickly, helpful recommendations regarding restaurants also arranging our transfer from the airport, the perfect host. On arriving at the apartment we were welcomed by the lovely Paulina who was so kind, her warm personality and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for explaining directions of local amenities the beautiful beaches, pedestrian walk way to several restaurants bars, super markets and the bus stop to the old town all within walking distance! Ok, there are steps or you can take the road it wasn’t a problem for us and we’ve just turned 60 so what a beautiful place to celebrate! The view from the terrace is amazing of the bay and Lapad, tranquil, the sunsets were phenomenal down in the bay. Apartment, super clean, comfortable, quirky and peaceful. Dubrovnik the old town is something else! We would love to come back!

The host is so warm and accommodating. The space is clean, spacious and newly renovated. It’s located on a quieter street so the balcony is very quiet and calm. We opted to take the airport transport offered by the host which was very reliable and convenient given our early flight time. This was an amazing spot and a 10/10 host. I will say that (with any place in this area) there are many steep stairs to access the beach and restaurants. You can take the longer way home up the roads to avoid the stairs if you are carrying lots of stuff.

This accommodation suited all our needs, it is a perfect location with stunning views of the landscape from a spacious balcony. Accommodation was clean and had a great, powerful shower in a modern bathroom. Hosts were easy to contact and sorted out our airport transfers. The air con in the apartment offered amazing relief after a day in the sun! Perfect location to the beach with many lovely restaurants. Bus stops nearby for quick access to Old Town Dubrovnik. There are two long sets of fairly steep stairs to get down to the beach but it’s worth it! Overall, the apartment was a peaceful, calm place and we would definitely stay here again!

A fantastic studio in a quiet area of Lapad, within walking distance of the beach and all places in the area. A bus station is not far from the home, so getting to the old town is easy and convenient. Paulina greeted us at the property and was very helpful providing us with information on closest supermarkets and directions around the area. The apartment has everything needed to be able to make food also. I would fully recommend staying here if looking to stay in Dubrovnik.

We had a perfect stay! The apartment exceeded our expectations. The views from the terrace were breathtaking first thing in the morning and at night time. Great value for price stay. Great communication as well. It was also helpful to be able to drop our luggage off before check in 😀 Only thing to note (was not an issue for us) but there are a a number of flights of stairs to get from the beach to the apartment. If you are less mobile, this is something just to be aware of.

Mihaelas apartment was just beautiful and we would not hesitate to return or recommend. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable! The real wow is the balcony what a view! It was so peaceful sitting outside looking at the resort. There are a lot of steps but we are in our 60,s and managed it 😊 worth the effort and hopefully helped control the extra calories from eating delicious food and drinking at the many surrounding gorgeous restaurants 😂. Special thanks to Mihaela who was the perfect host helping and sorting transfers for us she was so lovely and very attentive and accommodating nothing is too much trouble

We had an amazing long weekend here! The apartment was perfect, had all the essentials and was spotlessly clean. The host Paulina was amazing, she very kindly arranged our airport transfers for us and greeted us on arrival. Paulina is a lovely host, together with her team Mihaela and Nikolina. It is such a relaxing space with breathtaking views and surroundings is so quiet (the balcony is the perfect place to lounge around, have coffee or just enjoy peace and quiet). It’s close to a beautiful beach, a few minutes drive to old town and has nearby restaurants and groceries/supermarket. For a short stay in Dubrovnik, the place is perfect! It even had most of the toiletries needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever I come back to Dubrovnik.

A very nice place to stay in Dubrovnik. The room with a terrace looked just like in the photos. It’s easy to get to the city center by bus if you want to avoid high parking fees. Great communication with Ms. Paulina – a very kind and helpful person. She explained everything and recommended places to visit in the area. She always responded to messages. Really nice place. Check in was easy and we arrived early, but we were still able to get in. Well equipped with all we needed including utensils to make simple breakfasts and coffee. AC was great and some English TV. Plenty of storage space and outlets for charging. Bed was comfortable and bathroom and shower great. The area is good with groceries and restaurants and bus stop all close by. The only negative is it is quite high up a hill. Great view, but coming up from street level involved many steep steps! Be aware if you have mobility issues. Overall, great stay!

absolutely fantastic, could not recommend enough ,from when we arrived Paulina welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know. if we needed anything Paulina was there to help, Paulina let us check out late because of our late flight, a truly lovely person. about the studio and surrounding area there are a lot of steps but lapad is full of steps, nice bars and restaurants near by. 10 minutes to the old town by number 6 bus .overall 10 out of 10 for the studio, location and our whole experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. Like others mention, this location is a big high on a hillside so you can either take the stairs or give your knees a break and walk on the streets that the cars take to get to the water. Almost anyone I spoke to mentioned this location is best as most others like in Old Town are overcrowded and not as enjoyable. Great restaurants nearby and the host herself was lovely. It was great to have the terrace to relax on. Would definitely recommend a stay at this location.

Perfect location for a trip to Dubrovnik. So many nice restaurants in the area and only a short bus ride into old town. Beware… there are lots of steps from the main strip of Lapad to the apartment but other than that it was perfect. The host was amazing and arranged airport transfers etc and was super friendly. I’m so glad we found this place for such a good price! The check in was a little more difficult as we couldn’t work out which apartment was ours but we called the host and she led us to the right one. If we had any issues, we contacted our host and she was happy to help us out with any problems. The room was spacious, the balcony was gorgeous. The kitchen had food so we only needed to top up with some snacks really and some extra bits, the bathroom said it had shower gel and shampoo but didn’t include this so we had to buy some in the local supermarket. The area is walkable (beware of the number of stairs) and close to the beach and bus stop to old town. Google maps wasn’t very useful but get the Bus line 6 if you want to go to old town, it takes around 5-10 minutes. Very lovely stay here overall.

This studio is exactly as the pictures. Very clean , perfect for two people. The studio is located in Lapad on the upper hill. You can overlook the sea from the balcony, big balcony. To get to the beach, you can walk down through the stairs and it takes around 10 minutes walk. For me, it is a bit of climbing up for going back to the studio. So I always took Uber . It is very convenient to get Uber there, no matter going to/back from the old town or airport or some other beach town. Uber is not expensive. Paulina is super nice. She is very responsive for all the questions and requests. We needed to wash some clothes and Paulina was so great to help us with the laundery when we were away for day trip. The check-in and check-out was very smooth. I would highly recommend Paulina's place.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable chez Paulina qui s'est montrée très accueillante. L'appartement est situé dans les hauteurs du quartier de Lapad. L'appartement était très propre et bien décoré. A proximité des restaurants. Pour se garer dans la rue, c'est assez compliqué mais dans la rue parallèle en bas, nous avons toujours trouvé une place. Il faut juste monter et descendre des marches. Pas dérangeant pour nous mais peut être pas l'idéal pour des personnes âgées et enfants en bas âges. Nous recommandons ce logement :)

A great little home away from home, with a small kitchen space in the same space of the bedroom, a comfortable bed, a functional bathroom and a lovely terrace. The management host put us in touch with the owner who lives next door and was very helpful in providing instructions as well as a coffee moka for us, thank you! The location is a few sets of steep stairs away from the sea, so keep that in mind (I don't mind walking) and the view is beautiful. Recommended!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Airbnb. In weniger als 10 Minuten ist man am Meer und bei verschiedenen Restaurants. Von der Terrasse aus kann man die Sonnenaufgänge und Untergänge beobachten und bestens entspannen. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Kleiner Tipp für die kommenden Gäste: Wenn ihr vom Busbahnhof kommt, nehmt kein Taxi sondern ein Uber! Das ist 20 Euro günstiger :)

A really beautiful, clean and quiet apartment. Amazing rooftop terrace for relaxing with a great view of the bay. A recent building has obscured some of the view but this is only a minor thing. The apartment is so clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi is not world class but it is suitable for browsing. Communication with the host was instant and reliable. A very friendly stay and would recommend to anyone who is travelling in Dubrovnik. A 30 min walk to Old Town is very pleasant and the local coastline is bustling with cafes bars and restaurants. A lovely place indeed.

The apartment was just like the pictures in a wonderful location - just a 5/10 minute walk into lapad with the bus stop on the main strip. Lots of stairs but the views were beautiful! This was the second half of our Croatian holiday, this time exploring Dubrovnik city. However, we were keen on having our own terrace and view so opted for this flat in Lapad. Brilliant! Large terrace with shade if you want it. 10 mins walk to a large supermarket. A quiet location for ultimate peace away from the hustle of the main streets. Functional kitchen and dishwasher. Lovely waterfall and conventional shower. If travel to a from the city is a worry, it’s a one hour walk if you’re adventurous or a simple Uber ride. We used Uber and it work really well (€7 each way!). As advertised, there isn’t much parking around but we found street parking on the parallel street below that costs €17 per 24hrs. You can pay this on the “Bmove” app. Paulina, the owner, is a lovely, welcoming lady who made us feel right at home and is responsive if you need any assistance.

We stayed here for two nights. The apartment is great with a very nice terrace. It is in a great location within 10 minute walk of the fantastic bay where there is so much to see and do. The bus stop to Dubrovnic old town is also 10 mins away. We forgot our UK adapter to charge our phones and Paulina let us borrow one thankfully. The only issue I would comment on is that the wifi is very poor, although this didn’t affect us as we both had plenty of data and a strong 4G signal. I would highly recommend, and would definitely stay there again

The apartment is new, toilet and shower are amazing, the view is outstanding and to go to old town you only need to use UBER that costs €7 per ride and they pick and drop you in front of the door of the apartment. To go to the beach you can go walking which is 10 min downstairs and coming back is 15 min upstairs and there are dozens of restaurants near by.
