For the good: really good location in the heart of old town, easy walking distance to many things, and the studio had comfortable beds, and was decently clean. For the mid: the wifi was slow at times, the classroom outside the window made things quite loud in the morning, and they were very stingy with paper products. We were there five nights and struggled with having only two small toilet paper rolls for two people, and not enough towels (paper or otherwise) to clean the kitchen, and when we asked for more, we were given a form response that this was a self-service apartment and they would not be doing it. I have stayed at a lot of airbnbs and honestly most of them have had much better service. This wasn’t a horrible stay, but were I back in Dubrovnik I would personally not stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights and found the apartment very clean and well located in Dubrovnik’s Old Town. It’s close to many great spots and easier to access than many others in the area with fewer stairs. The main downsides were how bright it was at night due to no curtains and the noise from the nearby school and alley (we were woken up both mornings with the first school bells…). A sleep mask and earplugs help. If it weren’t for the light and noise at night, this would be an easy five-star stay.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Dubrovnik! Das Apartment hatte eine perfekte Lage und war super ausgestattet. Wir hatten zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten kurze Wege zu Fuß (Strand, Supermarkt, Seilbahn, Jesuiten Treppe, Stadtmauer, Festung Lovrijenac, Restaurants, Hafen ect.) und waren mittendrin. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderen gemacht! Auch die Nachbarinsel Lokrum war definitiv einen Besuch wert und mit der Fähre vom Hafen (5min zu Fuß) ganz einfach zu erreichen. Daher können wir die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen!

Ubytování je v samém centru Dubrovniku, pokoj je dostatečně velký a čistý, koupelna byla čistá a vše fungovalo. Také kuchyňka byla dobře vybavená. Komunikace probíhala rychle a byla jasná a přehledná, pokyny k samoobslužnému vstupu byly perfektně zpracované. Celkově mohu ubytování opravdu doporučit.

넓고 쾌적해요. 특히 위치가 좋아서 돌아다니는 중간 중간 숙소에 들르기도 했어요! 부자게이트가 아닌 필레게이트로 들어오시면 숙소 입구로 올라갈 때 제외하고 계단도 없습니다 ㅎㅎ 마지막 날 체크아웃 시간을 헷갈려서 당황했는데 호스트분이 편의를 봐주셔서 감사했어요:) 잘 머물다 갑니다!

Nous avons passé une nuit chez Jelena, appartement très propre et fonctionnel dans l’esprit appartement-hôtel. Nous étions bien installés. Bonne communication avec Jelena qui est proactive. Check out un peu tôt pour nous (10:00 am) et il faut stocker la valise en haut / à l’entrée de la vieille ville.

Super quick stay but fit our needs exactly. Plus at the top of the stairs you’ll find one of this hidden cliff beaches of Dubrovnik! Jelena was super easy to deal with and there aren’t a lot of stairs compared to the rest of the town. Thanks Jelena!!

Jelena’s apartment was an excellent place for a quick layover in Dubrovnik. The apartment was tucked away from the busier streets and easy to find. The apartment had everything we needed and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Jelena was very responsive and friendly, and we were able to check in a few hours early.

Jelena's place was an excellent stay. Directly in Old Town, less than a 10-min. walk from the Ploce Gate (where you get dropped off as cars aren't allowed inside Old Town). Very accessible to all the restaurant and attractions but also peacefully tucked away. There was even a nice spot to get down to the sea for a quick dip just a 2-min. walk away. Exactly as described in the comments. Would recommend.

Eine super Unterkunft mit toller Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und ich habe mich sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet, man hat alles, was man dafür braucht (Arbeitsplatz, Waschmaschine, etc). Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen :)
