This 532 m² villa in Dubrovnik accommodates up to 12 guests in six bedrooms and includes nine bathrooms. Spread over four floors, it offers an elevator, a garage with five parking spaces, a large kitchen on the ground level, a living room with terrace access and two ensuite bedrooms on the first floor, another living room with two ensuite bedrooms and a small kitchen on the second floor, and two smaller apartments with living rooms and ensuite bedrooms on the third floor. Sea views are available from all bedrooms, and the outdoor area includes a pool, jacuzzi, gas BBQ, and shaded alfresco dining table. A 3000 euro security deposit applies on arrival, and groups under 25 years of age are not accepted.

Exceptional Lucy perched over the sea is an example of splendid luxury, superior comfort and extraordinary taste. The spectacular Villa is in walking distance to the heart of Dubrovnik yet it provides unparalleled privacy with panoramic views of the sea. 530 m² are distributed over four levels easily reached by an elevator found on the ground floor. Also on this level is a garage with five parking spaces and a fully equipped large kitchen. The first floor yields a living room with an access to a terrace, a smaller kitchen with a dining table set for fourteen, and two of the ensuite bedrooms. The second floor also gives way to a living room, two of the ensuite bedrooms, yet another small kitchen and access to a garden. The third floor offers two smaller apartments with living rooms and ensuite bedrooms. Sea views can be enjoyed from all bedrooms. Step outside and you will be immersed in nature with vistas of cypress and pine trees, the sea and old town Dubrovnik. For your enjoyment there is a gas BBQ, shaded alfresco dining table, and of course a lovely pool and a jacuzzi, which make swim with an incredible view an everyday treat. Welcome to Dubrovnik!

Infamous city Dubrovnik just may be the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast, for a good reason. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today it displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCO pedestrian only charming Old Town is enveloped in 10th century city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect view point to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija. Welcome to Dalmatia!
