We really enjoyed our stay here! The accommodation has an amazing sea view and a lovely little balcony with a table and chairs - perfect for morning coffee/breakfast or evening sunsets. It’s in a great, quiet location, less than a 10 minute walk to the bus stop and around a 5-10 minute bus ride to the Old Town. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need (WiFi, kitchenette, bathroom, iron, etc.). Martina was a wonderful host - very friendly and quick to respond and we were even able to check-in earlier than planned. The only small thing to note is that the stove is electric rather than gas, so cooking might take a bit longer. Overall, a comfortable, convenient stay with stunning views. I’d happily stay here again!

Logement propre avec une superbe vue sur la mer. La climatisation a été très utile durant notre séjour. En revanche, le frigo ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivés et nous avons eu un petit frigo de remplacement, pas très pratique. Nous avons aussi été gênés par du bruit venant de la clim au-dessus de l’appartement. Nous avons appréciés la réactivité de la propriétaire à essayer de trouver des solutions. Globalement, séjour agréable.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht :) Sehr sauber, gute und schnelle Kommunikation. Leider liegt sie etwas weiter weg von der Altstadt, das hatten wir wohl aber selbst etwas falsch angedacht. An sich eine schöne, ruhige Lage mit Blick aufs Meer!

Die kleine schnuckelige Wohnung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber einen ganz besonderen freundlichen Charme, gerade mit dem Weinlaubbedeckten Balkon, der die Sicht zur Altstadt und zum Meer ermöglicht. Sie war sehr sauber!! Auch die Lage war super, um zu Fuß oder mit Öffies alles zu erreichen. Es gibt etwas wenig Stauraum, gerade wenn man zu zweit ist, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist es ok. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet , leider wurde der Herd nur warm, aber nicht heiß um zu kochen. Ich denke, das wird behoben. In der Dusche fehlt ein Haken für den Duschkopf. Liebenswert war die lokale Souvenier-Produktesäule zum Kauf von Honig, Wein, Marmelade etc.-(die ist auf den Fotos nicht vorhanden) -toll wäre eine Beschreibung der Produkte. Mit Martina war es einfach zu kommunizieren und sie hat sich gekümmert, auch wenn die Übergabe nicht persönlich stattfand.

Martina was a wonderful host, she was friendly, warm and very responsive. She was really helpful and kind so any information we needed she was able to let us know promptly. The room was really clean and perfect for our short stay! It was only 20 minutes walk from old town and was in a quiet area which meant we could relax and enjoy our get away. The location was also absolutely stunning! Would 100% recommend this host and her properties!

Un petit nid douillet avec une vue formidable! Le logement est conforme à la description et dispose de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Petit mais très bien agencé, il a été pour moi un véritable cocon, un lieu où j'étais ravie de me réfugier une fois le soir venu. L'énorme plus c'est cette vue tout simplement incroyable et cette proximité directe avec la mer, à quelques marches de distance. Le quartier est vraiment chouette et paisible. Il y a une jolie plage, un petit shop et des snacks et un super restaurant à proximité directe. Je recommande vivement ce logement!

Der Aufenthalt in dem Apartment hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und man hat eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Zudem gibt es einen schönen Strand den man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und in der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Only 20/25 minute walk into the Old Town with lots to do in the surrounding area. Peaceful neighbourhood with a gorgeous view of the ocean (even better than the photos!). WiFi disconnected for us on our final evening but didn’t take away from what great value this place was- would definitely recommend!

Had a lovely time staying here in October - this Airbnb is in a great location with a wonderful sea view! The apartment was very clean and within walking distance to both Lapad and Old-Town. Martina was really friendly and gave easy to follow instructions about check in and how to find the apartment. I highly recommend this place :)

Great little Airbnb! Balcony was so cute with a stunning view. Bed was super comfy so I’m feeling rested after two days here. Wifi connection was pretty weak but the hosts management company was super helpful and communicative. They were able to reset it which helped the connection a bit. We had a great stay here! Martina was a very friendly and responsive host. The flat was in a really good location between the modern city area and the old town, and it was easy to walk to either. We really enjoyed views from the balcony, and it was very nice to come back to after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone looking to visit Dubrovnik :)

Very cute apartment! A fair walk from town but if you don't mind walking it's a great spot close to a lovely little beach! Also you can get a bus back most of the way from the old town, The apartment was ideal for us and had a shop close by! We had a great stay! Would recommend! Easy check in with lock box!

This place is a perfect location. You feel part of the neighbourhood, get a beautiful view of the sea and only a short walk to Dubrovnik old town. The walk is peaceful with lots of restaurants and bars to stop at along the way. It is everything we could have wanted for our city break.

The place was quite nice. it's quite small but doable for a couple of nights. We loved the self check in, which made our arrival somewhat flexible. We were visiting on Easter so the balcony did not serve us any purpose as it was just too cold to sit outside and enjoy the view. The place is however situated a little outside the public transport zone, which meant a 25 min walk to old town or 10 min to the bus no. 4.

Great apartment 10 minute walk from the beach and 30 minutes into the old town. There’s also a small market nearby. The apartment is so lovely, the best bit being the balcony with a great view out to sea. If we come back to Dubrovnik we will 100% book again as it was good value for what we got!

A noter que la personne qui gère le Airbnb fait preuve de réactivité dès lors qu’il y a une question. Seul petit bémol, peu d’intimité entre la partie chambre et la salle de bain (les deux sont très proches). Mais cela n’est pas très grave. Je recommande !
