Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut, der Balkon mit der Aussicht war der Hammer. Sehr erholsam zum Entspannen nach einem Ausflug in Dubrovnik. Das Personal, mit dem ich vorwiegend über WhatsApp kommunizierte, reagierte durchgehend sehr schnell, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert....freundlich!!

Die Hütten sind sehr funktionell mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Kuraufenthalt braucht. Das Bett ist ein Traum 😁. Wenn man Frühstück möchte bereitet es die Gastgeberin liebevoll zur gewünschten Zeit zu und man kann es bei Morgensonne aus der Terrasse genießen. Die bekanntesten Touristen Aktivitäten sind im Umkreis von max 20min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es ist ruhig, gemütlich und sehr sauber.

The location is excellent, only 10 min away walking from the old town. The apartment is in a very quiet area and with a beautiful view. The room is spacious and has a balcony, a big closet and fridge. There is also good parking space and the instructions for self check in are clear.

The hosts were very helpful in a situation, which was not under their control even before we reached the property and we are really grateful for their advice and help. The location was quite nice, Dubrovnik's Old Town is about 15-20 minutes walk. The room was quite bigger than we expected, it took a while for the air conditioning to cool the room, but afterwards it was fine. The bathroom was clean and tidy and we had all the things we needed for our stay. The check-in is very practical and you get all the information you need when booking. There was a spot waiting for us at the parking lot in front of the house. A really great experience, thank you DUBROVNIK HAUS suites!

Pokój nr 2 posiada ładny widok na morze, fragment portu oraz wzgorze Srd. Warunki mieszkaniowe, czystość wewnątrz nie budzi zastrzeżeń. Łóżko duże, materac dla mnie nieco zbyt miękki. Do starówki można dojść w max 15 min. lub dojechać komunikacją miejską (1 przystanek, autobusy często kursują). Najbliższa plaża kamienista oddalona jest o ok 1km, przyjemniejsza bardziej żwirowa ok 2km. Blisko do marketów Studenac, Konzum.

My stay at Dubrovnik HAUS Suites in September 2023 was excellent. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the Old Town and all the main attractions. But what really made my stay special was the host, Nevi. She was so kind and welcoming, and she went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great time. When I got sick, she went out of her way to get me medicine and make me breakfast in bed. She also gave me great recommendations for things to see and do in Dubrovnik. I highly recommend Dubrovnik HAUS Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Dubrovnik. Nevi is a fantastic host, and she will make sure that you have a memorable stay. Special note: I was especially grateful to Nevi for her kindness when I was sick. She made me feel so much better, and it was clear that she really cared about my well-being. I will never forget her hospitality.

Great location - walking distance from the Old Town (from Old Town it is uphill though). Local bus stops nearby so it was easy to see different parts of Dubrovnik. Quiet neighbourhood. Staff was friendly and answered questions quickly. Room had all the basic things we needed.

Had a very nice stay in the clean and comfortable apartment. It offers everything you need. Has a nice little place to sit outside. The Check in was very easy and flexible. The host was very helpful and always available and gave very clear instructions and quick answers. The only thing which could be improved is that the apartment can get pretty warm (during July) even though there is an A/C. Besides that we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely book again!
