A perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik. Out of the main tourist space near the old city, but an easy walk to there plus other attractive locations. The outdoor area is a "gem". We spent many afternoons out there chatting, enjoying the view and a glass of wine. Supermarkets, bakery and restaurants all in close proximity. The view from the garden is fabulous, looking out over the bay and down the coast towards the old city. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The outside space is stunning. It is everything described in the listing. Once we found the location Slavica was very helpful with parking as you are on a narrow two way street. We were able to walk everywhere as we are very active. It was great to be outside of Dubrovik as it is very busy and driving would be a nightmare. The inside space is rustic and no frills. We stayed 3 nights.

The location is perfect. 5min drive to a harbour with lots of restaurants, 5min drive to the old town parking. In both cases a 30min walk. There are parking spots on the street in front of the appartements and they also have large terraces where you can soak up the sun. Very nice view over the sea and Lokrum island. Had a nice stay away from the hustle and bustle of the old town.

This Airbnb although about a 30 minute walk from old town was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The view is incredible and the porch was perfect. At the bottom of the street is a swim spot that was a 2 minute walk and there is a supermarket up the road. The closest beach is a 5-10 minute walk. Great spot would definitely come back.

The host was able to accommodate a slightly earlier check-in for us. The main bedroom is spacious with aircon. We found the place clean and comfortable overall. The best feature of the property is it's access to nearby beaches and walking distance to the old town. It's a lovely spot and I'd happily book it again.

The apartment was very close to town in a quiet area near the beach. I would have liked if there had been a microwave in the kitchen. The outside space was great as the weather was fabulous. The dog at the rear of the property was noisy at times, so if you are not a dog lover it may disturb you. The recommendations for restaurants was great.

If you’re looking for an accommodation outside of the Old Town, especially if you’re exploring the area with a rental car, this place is a great option. Beautiful scenery right outside the front door, there is a little staircase below you can walk down to the water which is nice. Old Town is a bit of a walk, 20+ minutes, but we used Uber to get back and forth, it wasn’t too expensive.

We were so happy here, the location is absolutely stunning. The apartment itself was a bit smaller than it looked like in the photos, but that didn't bother us. We slept well and especially enjoyed the deck in the morning -- there is no better place to drink your coffee than looking out at the bay.

Excellent séjour dans le logement de Slavica qui dispose d'une terrasse magnifique avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Le seul bémol serait la literie qui mériterait d'être renouvelée et le lit qui grince beaucoup. Nous n'avons jamais rencontré Slavica mais la personne qui semble vivre sur place et qui nous a accueillis, remplit son rôle de manière très chaleureuse et nous a donné de nombreuses indications sur l'environnement. Cela a contribué à un séjour très réussi.

We had a fantastic stay at Slavica's beautiful apartment. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach with stunning views and easy access to some of the most popular beaches nearby. All the amenities we needed were provided, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The Old Town is about a 30-35 minute walk away, which was perfect for us to explore the area without feeling too far removed from the action. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, answering our questions promptly and going out of their way to accommodate us. A special thanks to Zana for the airport drop-off; she was so kind and gave us great tips on things we may have missed during our stay. The nearby grocery store, just a 4-minute walk away, was super convenient. The clear instructions made everything easy to navigate, and we even had the option of an early check-in, which was much appreciated as our flight arrived earlier in the day. We recommend this place and hope to return again. Thanks.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Dubrovnik this could be perfect. In Lapad (so not the same prices as in the centre) and an easy walk to everywhere. Patio and view are gorgeous - you could be tempted not to set foot in the town with that view! Clean, comfortable, has everything you need as a based to explore from.

The location of this apartment was fantastic! Walking distance to the Old town but it was far enough from all the chaos. The apartment itself was smaller than it looked in the photos (photos showed an entrance hall and stairs which our apartment did not have) but it was still absolutely fine for our needs. Highlight was the outdoor seating looking onto the well kept garden. Also the steps at the bottom of the hill leading straight into the water was absolutely amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

In booking, Slavica was always very responsive and helpful. Zana, our host at the property was so nice and friendly and made our stay fantastic! The location is why we choose it and we were not disappointed. The terrace is gorgeous and in the event of rain ( one morning) you can still sit outside and enjoy the view. We love to walk and the stroll to the Old City was lovely. Buses are great though for those who would prefer. We would definitely recommend this property - we had a wonderful holiday.

The terrace is wonderfull with a great view and the appartment is sufficient. note it has relative low ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom (approx. 1,95 m). In our case most of the kitchenware was unfortunally not clean. For a short stay the appartment is absolutly good.

Absolutely stunning location, with a beautiful private terrace to enjoy with lovely views, a couple of beautiful swim spots within 5 minutes walk- I really recommend Bellevue beach- snorkelling was amazing! 20 minute walk into old town or €6.50 for an Uber. The bed was comfortable and plenty of space for a few nights stay

We really enjoyed ourselves here! Check in was smooth and the host was very responsive. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great while we were in Dubrovnik so we didn’t end up going to the beach but I understand it is quite close to the apartment. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the old town with beautiful scenery to admire while walking. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking to enjoy Dubrovnik!
