We hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Slavica in Dubrovnik. Old town op 5 minuten afstand met de uber, of met de bus die je op 10 naar de old town brengt. De bushalte is vlak naast de deur, heel handig dus. Wandelen is niet haalbaar, zeker met alle hellingen. De host antwoordde steeds, heel vriendelijk. De enige minpunten waren de onaangename geur in de badkamer waar niets aan werd gedaan. De kapotte wc bril, de wifi die niet werkte naar behoren, de vaatwasser die de vaat niet proper reinigde en dat het appartement redelijk donker is.

Appartement décoré avec goût, spacieux et très propre. Un arrêt de bus ligne 4 qui vous mène en 15min à la vieille ville, est situé à 3min à pied. Le logement manque de calme au vue de sa situation sur une rue passagère et du manque d’isolation, et n’est pas très lumineux.

Nice stay, quiet, and good location. Big perks are private gated parking, and the unit is very close to a bus stop that will take you right into old town Dubrovnik (used this to avoid outrageous parking fees). Downside is the bathroom had a bad smell (possibly from dampness or the drains?) and the WiFi didn’t work. The host was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. They attempted to help with the WiFi issue but unfortunately the problem wasn’t able to be resolved. All in all, affordable stay with easy access to surrounding locations.

A cozy apartment well equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. Slavenka responds helpfully and quickly to any queries or requests. The apartment is on quite a busy road, but if the window is closed you can't hear the traffic. Restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets in close walking distance - and a lot cheaper than in the old city! Just down the road is a bus stop , making it very easy to get anywhere in Dubrovnik (5 min bus journey on #4 to old town).

Great communication from the host. Self check in was useful as it allowed us to be flexible with our arrival time and the instructions were very clear - even at night we found the apartment easily. The apartment was very modern, spotless and bed comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

Die Unterkunft ist schön, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der eigene durch ein Schiebetor verriegelte Parkplatz goldwert. Danke auch, dafür, dass wir etwas früher in die Unterkunft konnten und auch das Auto schon früher am Parkplatz abstellen konnten. Knapp 50 bis 100 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt fährt der Bus zur Altstadt von Dubrovnik. Zu Fuß sind es knapp 30 Minuten, die man für den Weg dorthin einplanen sollte. Alles in allem aber eine klare Empfehlung in der Wohnung zu übernachten. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

The old town is just 15 min on a bus that passes every 20-30 minutes. Its a peaceful area with mini markets, bakeries, coffee shops and anything to feel local. The house was modernly decorated and very comfortable. Adelko was always attentive and responsive. Perfect balance for our dubrovnik stay!

Le centre ville est à 5 minutes top chrono en bus (ligne 4) et l’arrêt de bus est juste devant l’appartement. O apartamento é tudo novinho , tivemos tudo para uma pequena refeição e estava limpíssimo , localização excelente Próximo de padarias, mini mercados e lindas praias , a caminhada para o Porto para passeios levou 10 minutos e a caminhada até a cidade venha 25 minutos e até Lapad 13 minutos , tudo foi maravilhoso recomendo !!

Fantastic stay at this lovely Air BnB - even nicer in person than the photos. The walk is very simple to old town and takes around 20-25 minutes. I’d happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
