Lovely room with everything you need. It was clean, spacious and the balcony is a bonus. I mostly booked this room for the balcony and view. We wanted to enjoy slow mornings on the balcony or evenings watching the sun go down. Every evening we had the pleasure of watching the moon rise over the hill and the sun go down over the sea. The bed was comfortable and there was a fridge and hob in the little kitchen area which was ideal. The hallway of the building is stocked with stuff you might need e.g. pots and pans, deodorant, sun lotion, toilet rolls, etc. It was very handy if you had ran out of anything and needed something. The host, Paulina is an absolute delight. She was always so polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property. 10 minute bus ride from the Old Town, 5 minute walk to the closest beach and strip of restaurants. Lovely and quiet.

Séjour très agréable au studio Michaela! Paulina est une hôte absolument charmante et disponible. Elle nous a très gentiment permis d’arriver plus tôt dans le logement car celui-ci était vide la veille. Elle nous a également offert la possibilité de laisser nos bagages post check-out! L’appartement est conforme aux photos et extrêmement propre! Les volets sont très efficaces avec une isolation phonique vers l’extérieur et un filtre complet de lumière! La proximité avec les voisins se fait entendre uniquement dans le couloir et sur le balcon. Paulina laisse également tout ce qu’il faut : gel douche, papiers toilettes en quantité suffisante etc. Le chemin pour accéder au centre-ville est plus facile en descente qu’en montée avec quelques 150 marches à gravir pour revenir à l’appartement. C’est assez fatigant mais ça se fait! Le Uber pour la vieille ville coûte environ 10-12€, le trajet se fait bien. Seul petit bémol: la connexion wifi pas toujours au rendez-vous. Merci pour tout!!

They host was so helpful- they offered to arrange a taxi driver and all cost agreed before hand. We were dropped off exactly where we needed to be- there was a security key lock to find the keys. There was someone there to also help which was nice. It was very easy.

Had such an amazing stay here! The view from the balcony is amazing! The whole apartment is clean and modern, the bed and pillows were extremely comfy, and the scenery around it all was beautiful, close to the beach, restaurants ect and a short bus/taxi ride to the old town! Definitely recommend, owner was super friendly aswell.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this apartment. The apartment is brilliant, super comfortable, clean and well equipped! Not to mention it’s right by a beach, the bus station to Old Town is only a short walk away and it’s in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. The Host Paulina is one of the sweetest people we’ve ever met, she is incredibly generous and kind! 🩷 10/10 would recommend this apartment 🥰

Paulina was the loveliest host and made us (3 girls) feel safe and comfortable from the moment we collected keys from her. The apartment had everything we needed and more (particularly beach supplies and towels) , and we loved how close we were to the beach, shops and bus stops. Would highly recommend!

Very nice host who was easily contable, AC was a good send, very clean and tidy. Host organized easy airport transfers. Great views, only downside is it is on a steep hill with lots of stairs to shops and restaurants etc, which me and my partner dnt mind but bare this in mind. Uber app works fine though so don't let this put you off as it is worth the views!

Paulina was amazing - very kind person. The apartments had everything you needed - sunscreen, beach towels and slippers, various toiletries. Restaurants and bars are close by, as is the beach. From the beach, there are a lot of stairs up to the apartments - but this is outweighed by the beautiful view from the balcony. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

We liked absolutely everything. It was an adorable room, beautiful view, easy walk to beach and restaurants, but I think what we liked the most was Paulina, our host. Sweet woman who instantly made us feel safe and comfortable (we are a mother and daughter traveling alone) and she was so helpful and most importantly, responded quickly if we had questions.

Paulina, the host and her family were very helpful with anything you might want, provided local info and telephone numbers and suggested places to dine at. Can organise airport transfers. Highly recommend if want to stay in Lapad area of Dubrovnik and want the best of a city and beach break.

Great location: quite area, only 7 minutes walking to the beach and main Lapad street, where you can find plenty of restaurants, shops, currency exchange, travel agencies; 10-15 min walking to the bus stop, where you can get Nr6 to the Dubrovnik old town or Nr7 to Gruz. You can get tickets in the bus or in the newspaper kiosk; - The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and cozy, had terrace with amazing sea view. It perfectly fits two people. Has all you need: etc TV, fridge, cooker, tea, coffee. If you need anything extra the host Ms Paulina is always happy to assist you. - The owner of the apartment Ms Paulina was very friendly, hospitable and always contactable.
