The location was great, situated near the outer wall in old town Dubrovnik, its walking distance to everything in old town. The aesthetic and bathroom could use some updating, but it served its purpose. The host herself was very helpful and kind, giving local recommendations and tips.

Perfect location if staying within the walls of Old Town. Location allows for ease of spending days shopping, swimming, dining etc. and then returning home for a quick rest or shower. There is a lovely balcony that is perfect for relaxing. It appeared to be a rarity as we did not notice many other homes with balconies. Beautiful view of Old Town, including the walls and Sea. Host was very responsive and offered transportation suggestions and travel itinerary for our stay. The property manager, Biba, met us at a central location and then walked us to the home. She provided us with her contact information and was communicative during our stay. We hope to make it back to beautiful Croatia and this charming home that is nestled in the walls of Old Town.

Amazing views of the city, walls, and coast - from the patio and the rooms (especially the top room). Apartment refurbished to very high standards. Super helpful local manager - met us at the main gate and guided us to the apartment (important as its pedestrianised within the walls - so you can’t get dropped at the door)

This place has a beautiful location! The views from the bedrooms are immaculate and practically right on the sea. The air conditioning was a godsend as we visited during a heat wave. There are so many delicious restaurants, cool bars, and interesting sights just outside the doorstep. Definitely enjoyed staying here.

Reading the previous reviews I found it hard to believe an apartment could really be so quiet AND so central AND so close to a choice of swimming spots- but it really is! Absolutely perfect location, lovely apartment- the balcony is a gem. We stayed 10 nights and it was perfect for a longer stay- beds really comfortable, all amenties like A.C./dishwasher/washing machine, and plenty to do around Dubrovnik. Daniela the owner also happens to be an excellent tour guide, highly recommend taking a tour with her, and Biba who manages the apartment is so friendly and helpful. Really couldn't recommend highly enough- no faults to find (though obviously Dubrovnik Old Town in general is not the destination for anyone who finds steps difficult. )

DO NOT HESITATE. If you are 6 people this is the perfect place to stay. Bedrooms were spotless, lounge is massive, the terrace is divine and you won’t get such a view elsewhere for this price. I had noisy neighbours upstairs but apart from that the tranquility of the street is perfect. The wind though was slamming few things there and there but I’m a light sleeper.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, well kept apartment. The location is wonderful, so close to the Jesuit steps and St Ignatius Church, so the views were wonderful. Slavica was so helpful, suggesting transfers from airport. Biba was out contact in Dubrovnik, she gave clear instructions and provided advice and suggestions. Thank you so much. We’ll be back! 👏

Amazing terrace! Simply the best view of the city from the very edge, up high, near the sea, practically on the wall. We loved this apartment! We lived on the terrace, both day and night. There are also views of the ocean in the 3rd floor bedroom, where you can watch people walking the wall - literally below you. Yes, many steps - so worth it. We view that as part of the workout. Perfect little kitchen, and we did cook in a few nights so we could eat on the terrace - which again - is as good a view as any restaurant could give you. The only issue is the beds, as others have mentioned. They are spent. The owner is planning to replace them over the winter. Communication is great! Our coffee maker broke, and she promptly brought us a brand new one. If you are fit, and love taking your morning coffee to the sounds of the ocean and amazing orange light bouncing of the unparalleled architecture of Dubrovnik, you can’t find a better place! Grocery and swimming is 3 mins. Book it if you can!

Fantastic apartment if you want to explore the Old Town and everything it has to offer. Only a stones throw from the Buza Bar as well where you can enjoy a lovely swim amd sunset and also watch some impressive cliff jumps! All in all a fantastic stay and apartment as described 10 out of 10!

We really enjoyed staying at this flat. The roof terrace was a huge plus for playing cards before going out in the evening or drying beach stuff if you've had a day on Lokrum or the other islands. Aircon worked as did fridge and other equipment. Bed linen was spotless. We didn't use the third bedroom so did also use those towels. Beautiful location but you need to be able to cope with steps as with much of the Old Town. All in all a wonderful trip. Slavica and Biba were very helpful and made out break that little bit better.

What a rad location! This place is really cool. Right by the wall. Incredible views from the terrace and top floor loft. The old city is really commercialized and way more expensive than I would have imagined but I should have guessed bc this place is certainly not cheap. But you get what you pay for. Fully stocked. Comfortable beds (rooms aren’t huge but good enough!) it was truly our pleasure staying here. Smallest hiccup on check in - the host hit me up on WhatsApp but I don’t even use that. So I didn’t end up getting in touch until after we had already found the apartment ourselves. However it’s a lock box and simple to use. Would absolutely recommend this spot if you are trying to stay in old town Dubrovnik!

The apartment was lovely and easily fit 5 people. It was right on the wall so very easy to get in and around old town. The only thing is there are a lot of stairs to navigate through but I think anywhere in old town would be the same (it’s a walking only zone) so it’s to be expected. We loved this flat, the terrace alone was stunning and we could not have wished for better. Sea views one side and a beautiful sweeping view of the church and city on the other side. Peaceful and breezy, perfect for a coffee and reading. The flat had all we needed…a great shower, good amount of crockery, coffee machine, comfy beds. Biba and Daniela communicated brilliantly and we felt at home and well looked after. Would thoroughly recommend.

Thank you Slavica for being so helpful throughout the booking process, response time was always very good! Even before we arrived, the host Daniela was super helpful and very welcoming when we arrived in Dubrovnik. She always responded within 5 mins if we had any questions and recommended a great boat trip which we thoroughly enjoyed - she booked this in for us and again was such an easy process. No stress at all during our stay and we will recommend this property to anyone going to Dubrovnik!

We stayed at Slavica's apartment in Dubrovnik for three nights. We were a group of four adults and were very comfortable in the flat. Slavica and her team were very responsive before we arrived and even arranged for us to be picked up at the airport. The unit was spacious and in a fantastic location with a view of the city walls and the sea. We used the patio throughout the day and loved that it looked out over the old city. I would highly recommend staying at this Air BNB.

Unser Host war sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend; Antworten auf Fragen kamen sehr schnell! Zudem erhielten wir Infos zu Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in town, was wir schätzten. Die Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Die Wohnung hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, auf der wir frühstückten und 2-3x zu Abend assen. Herrlicher Blick über "old town". Die Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral, was sehr angenehm war. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.
