Lovely location in Lapad area of Dubrovnik with beautiful views. The bus to the Old Town goes from the road below the apartment, but it’s worth knowing that there are 214 steps between the door of the apartment and the road (a challenge at the end of a busy day and if you fancy a trip to the bakery for some breakfast). The apartment was smaller than expected - we were glad that we were only 3 adults and not 4.

Perfect Stay in Lapad! We had a fantastic 3-night stay at the Lapad Sunset Luxury Residence Apartment. The apartment was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location in Lapad was idea, close to the beach, restaurants, and with Dubrovnik Old Town just a few minutes away by bus or taxi It was the perfect balance. Would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a perfect host in Mateo. He arranged transfers, was always available to provide advice and suggest activities. He was there to greet us on arrival. Very friendly. The apartment itself was spotless with all mod cons, a great shower, two tvs dishwasher and washing machine. The major plus for the apartment was of course the view, overlooking lapad bay with its beautiful sea. The balcony offered a panoramic scene. However the view is only possible from a height so there is a hill walk or alternatively a long flight of steps to reach the apartment. Other than that the beach is reachable within minutes as is a bus stop for the No 4 bus to reach Dubrovnik old town.

Awesome apartment. Worth settling in for at least a few days, as it has everything you need to live comfortably. Only comment - there no cooking essentials (salt, oil, coffee etc). But has all the kitchen requirements otherwise. Location is great. Lapad beach is one of the best we visited in the region and the bus to old town was only 2.50 and takes 10mins. Hosts also offered great insight into local tourist activities. Will stay here again.

The view from the balcony is real and not altered, nor do you have look around a corner. The place is very clean and has everything you need for a great stay. Minus a bottle of wine, but Mateo will give you tips on where to go to fix that. When Mateo does start going over tips for the town start the recorder on your phone because he gives you so much information to make sure your stay is better than planned.

Fantastic location, down quite a few steps to the bus stop taking you straight into Dubrovnik. A supermarket and bakery just there. 5 minutes walk to the lapad tourist area. I would stay again.

We loved this place. It’s cozy, charming and the view is amazing. Our communication was mostly with Mateo, who greeted us himself, helped with our luggage, showed up the apartment and gave us good tips and recommendations on what to do, see and eat. There is a beach very close by. You just have to go down the stairs and walk a little. The Old Town is just a couple of minutes away in Uber (we never took the bus) which means you’re close but not in the center of the madness. One tip: when you order an Uber, move the pickup point to Ivanska ulica. Otherwise, you may have to go down the stairs for pickup.

Super Super Super Schön! Wir haben uns hier gleich total Wohl gefühlt. Alles ist Sauber und Ordentlich, es sind Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden und es wird liebevoll mit einem umgegangen. Es wird auf Wünsche eingegangen und auch alles über Dubrovnik selber erklärt. Sollten wir Dubrovnik in der Zukunft wieder besuchen, werden wir definitiv hier herkommen.

Port of Gruz is also nearby. Amenities were brand new, communication with host and check-in/check-out were quick and efficient. This is a good spot for visiting Dubrovnik and getting to old town. Ubers are accessible and there is a bus stop at the bottom of the stairs. The place is really nice and it’s lovely to be able to sit on the balcony. However, if you have mobility issues this place isn’t for you as there are many steps to get to the apartment. Highly recommend and Ivan is a friendly host, as he also arranged airport pickup.

We stayed 10 days here, perfect for visiting Dubrovnik old town, bus stop is on the major road, about 150 steps down the stairs, 3 minutes. Beach is 4 minutes walking, 1 minute further than the bus stop. The place is quite new and very clean, only bit small, but very doable with a 4 and 2 year old. There is also a trampoline and a slide outside and some other toys for the kids outside. We've enjoyed our stay a lot here!

There are lots of steps down to the street but also a step free option if you have a buggy. Bus stop literally down the steps and 10 mins into Old Town - so easy! It was a great spot to explore from. Beautiful unit, very clean and with a fantastic deck to watch the sunset. We were able to arrive early and stow our belongings before the appointed check in time, so thankful! Only 6 euro Uber to the old city, or easy walk to great rock swimming spots and beach. The condo is set in a mixed use neighborhood so be prepared for the noise. We would definitely come back.

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartment mit allem was man so braucht. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Apartment sehr empfehlen. Der nächste Strand ist sehr nahe gelegen und in die Altstadt gelangt man komplikationslos mit einem Uber. Ebenfalls haben wir wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge vom Balkon aus beobachten können. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief ohne jegliche Probleme. Auf Fragen wurde in kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Thank you Ivan for a fabulous trip. The location is great if you want to stay a little bit out for the old town. It only took 10 mins in taxi to old town. The apartment is very clean and the views of Lapad beach are beautiful. Perfect getaway and I would highly recommend staying at this apartment!
