A fantastic apartment, in a perfect location within the old town. Tucked away from the main busy areas, so quiet. Check in was very easy, with clear info provided. Other people have mentioned that the internet didn’t work. There was wifi info written on a piece of paper, but it was out of date. The correct logon info needs to be made clearer to guests. Once connected to the correct router, the internet worked perfectly

Perfect location for exploring Dubrovnik Old Town. Very quiet despite being in the middle of town. No street stairs to reach the building, but it is located on the second floor, so you need to walk up a couple of flights of stairs. You probably want to avoid a car rental if you want to stay in the old town area. The apartment itself is well equipped, including air conditioners and a washer/dryer combo. We greatly enjoyed our stay and won't hesitate to stay here in the future.

Davor and his team were excellent hosts. Clear communication, extra mile coordinating airport pick up, Luka (agent) met us at the gate and helped with our luggage to the apartment. Apartment is in a great location, perfectly clean and comfortable. Highly recommend Davor and his team.

Location, location, location! This apartment was in the center of Old Town. Everything was conveniently located. The apartment had old world charm with modern conveniences. The dishwasher, huge refrigerator, and washer/dryer really came in handy for our family of 3. It was perfect for our adult son to have his own bedroom and bathroom. Our host met us at the Old Town Gate and showed us into the apartment. No stress! When I had questions, the host replied promptly! This was the trip of a lifetime; I hope to return again and would stay at this apartment!

I highly recommend a stay at Davor's place. It's right in the heart of Old Town yet on a quieter side street so relatively peaceful. All the sights of Old Town were easily walkable. Dubrovnik is amazing and we appreciated having Davor's place as home base. The apartment was very comfortable for my wife and I and our two daughters. Strong a/c, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, etc. It was nice to be able to open the windows and enjoy a cross breeze in the evenings. Davor was very responsive throughout the process. He arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport which was much appreciated after an overnight flight from San Francisco. We were met at the Pile Gate by Pero who walked us to the apartment, helped us with our bags, and gave us a friendly and helpful overview. If we ever go back to Dubrovnik we would stay here again without hesitation.

We loved the location of this apartment after doing a lot of research we decided this was perfect and we were not wrong. The apartment was spacious, authentic and clean. We felt safe staying here and Pero was amazing he went us at the taxi drop off and walked us all the way and offered advice. He also arranged taxis for us!

Great location..close to everything but quiet and located before all the steps! Apartment was clean and well equipped. A couple of negatives..the secondary bedroom is much smaller than the primary and the shower did not work properly..the overhead did not work only the wand. Ice maker on fridge did not work..no beg deal but the fridge door did not shut fully I’m sure running up the electricity bill. There is a laminated strip next to the cutlery drawer that needs securing or the drawer won’t shut. Two couple need two sets of keys so each can come and go as they want. Davor was very helpful even carrying our bags up the stairs! Only a couple of negatives..overall a great host and a great apartment. We had a great time. Hvala

We loved Ivan’s place. Right in the heart of old town, yet tucked away and oh so quiet!! You can’t imagine you are in the heart of the city, such a peaceful oasis inside. Lovely beds, clean and very comfortable, felt like home right away. The exposed stone walls are full of character. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting a quiet stay inside the old city walls. We loved Soul Kitchen restaurant right by the apartment entrance, and for a special experience, Nautica restaurant. Thanks Ivan :)

We loved staying in Ivan's apartment! The location couldn't have been better! You could walk to everything. The apartment was comfortable and beautifully updated. Our family of 4 (two adult children) had more than enough space. I highly recommend staying in Ivan's apartment.

This place was great! It is right in the old town. It was such a great experience to actually live there for a few days, walk through the old town, come back in the heat to refresh and then go out to dinner. I was staying there with my parents - so having two bedrooms and a living room was ideal. The apartment is like shown in the pictures and the ACs are strong (and we needed them). Ivan was very responsive, very friendly and very efficient. Great host! We had a great time at Ivan's place and would highly recommend it!

Ivan’s place is in the perfect location if you want to stay in the old town. You have everything in walkable distance. The place is beautifully renovated, has a lot of charme and is very well equipped. Ivan is a great host. Communication was prompt. He picked us up at Pila gate and walked us to apartment, helped carrying up the luggage. He offered help with transportation to and from airport and booking tours. Overall we had a wonderful stay at his apartment and would definitely come back.

The place was beautiful. In a convenient location with very little stairs especially compared to the place I stayed at before. The apartment was modern and clean with old, historic charm. The air conditioning and dark rooms helped to sleep even when it was noisy outside. In my previous location, it was very noisy so this time I was grateful we could shut the outside noise out when needed. Ivan was very responsive and so was his cleaning lady. I would note that the dryer did not work properly so we had to lay our clothes out to dry instead. Not a huge deal. There were 3 of us and it accommodated us perfectly. There are places to eat and shop right outside your front door. Ivan coordinated transportation to and from the airport and helped us to find the place. Very helpful and appreciated!

We loved it! Ivan’s place worked perfectly for three of us. The location was perfect, the apartment was quiet and had way less steps than most places in Old Town. Ivan was super helpful and flexible about when we arrived and explained everything. Highly recommend.

Lovely place right in the centrer of the old city. Although it is near busy streets, the flat is quiet at night. We enjoyed being able to scroll around the old city late in the afternoon, when it gets a little bit quieter and big tourist groups have already gone back to their hotels or boats. Ivan is very reactive and can also organise airport transfers, and other activities such as boat trips to the islands. He welcomed us, showed us the flat, and gave us a few information about what to do and where to eat in the city. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time at Ivan’s place. It is perfectly situated in old town, you couldn’t ask for a better location. It is walkable to everything, including the wall tour, many many restaurants and shops. Ivan was an amazing host, he reached out to us with suggestions for everything. The apartment was just WOW. Generously designed kitchen and living room. There is no lack of technical equipment. Ivan is a very good landlord. The communication is great. we didn't miss anything.
