A spacious villa in Dubrovnik set on 3 floors and extending over 4,000 m2. The ground floor includes a grand salon, a dining room, a study, and a fully equipped professional kitchen. On the first floor, you’ll find five deluxe bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms featuring a jacuzzi bath and Bulgari amenities, with views of the Adriatic or the garden. The second floor offers a media room and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Outside, enjoy Mediterranean gardens, terraces with seating and outdoor dining, an outdoor swimming pool (16 m x 6.5 m), a whirlpool, and a platform beach with direct staircase access to the sea. Check-in is at 17:00 and check-out at 10:00.
 
All the spacious units of the residence are located on the ground floor area and they are: an elegantly dressed salon – the Grand salon; a dining room with stylish décor, perfect for enjoying gourmet dishes around a wonderful antique table; and a study room. In this area, there is also a fully equipped professional kitchen.
 
A spectacular wooden staircase connects the ground floor area with the first floor, which consists of five deluxe bedrooms. The stylish interiors and the rich textures of Villa Sheherezade Dubrovnik give each bedroom a distinctive character and charm. Four bedrooms have large French beds, while one has two twin beds. All bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, with a jacuzzi bath, Bulgari amenities, and a magnificent view of the Adriatic or the beautiful garden. All rooms are equipped with stylish furniture and combine tradition with modern amenities in order to satisfy even the most demanding guests.
 
On the second floor, below the turquoise tile cupola, there is a media room, whose stylish decor offers a comfortable setting, perfect for enjoyment or relaxation with its various movie and music collections. On this floor, there is also a private bathroom with a luxurious bathtub.
 
Villa Sheherezade has a ground area, which extends over 4000 m2 and includes many colorful gardens and green areas that introduce the timeless romance of this gracious villa, the enchanting scents of nature and the calming sounds of the nearby sea. The villa also has two large terraces with sitting furniture and a magnificent view of the surrounding nature.
 
Besides a large sea front, Villa Sheherezade also has a platform beach, outdoor swimming pool (16 m x 6.5 m) and whirlpool. The beach and sunbathing platform offer privacy, while a convenient staircase provides direct access to the crystal clear sea.
 
Villa Sheherezade is fully air-conditioned. It has a direct telephone and fax line, free wireless Internet connection, mini bar, satellite TV, DVD, safe, smoke detectors, professionally equipped kitchen, private butler service, housekeeper, chef and waiter during breakfast time, car park and valet parking service, laundry and dry cleaning service, newspapers, garden, dining and sitting furniture, terraces, balconies, outdoor swimming pool, private beach, and jacuzzi tubs. The original street is operative and enables private and direct access through the magnificent stone staircase. The villa has a reserved parking area for all its guests.  The villa is also equipped with a baby cot and feeder for children.
 
Distance from the sea is 1 m (private beach), and from the town center of Dubrovnik is 500 m.
