The villa spans 700 m², with the main building covering 300 m² across three floors: the ground floor, first floor, and second floor. Villa Noa features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1 toilet, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. 

The ground floor of Villa Noa features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace. Additionally, there is a reception room, a guest toilet, and a laundry room complete with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, you will find two elegant double bedrooms. One has a private bathroom with a shower, while the other boasts a private bathroom equipped with both a jacuzzi hot tub and a shower for added luxury. The second floor offers one single bedroom and two double bedrooms, all sharing a bathroom with a shower. One of the double bedrooms also includes a private terrace, perfect for enjoying peaceful moments with stunning views.
