This floor has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub; and a deluxe bedroom, also with a private bathroom that includes a whirlpool bathtub. The large terrace of this floor offers an unforgettable panoramic view of the sea, the island of Lokrum and the old town port. This floor has direct access to the swimming pool.

On the first floor of this private villa by the sea, there is a kitchen, living room and dining area with access to the terrace with sea view. Two deluxe bedrooms equipped with queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms, along with a guest toilet are situated on this floor of the villa. Outdoor stairs from the upper terrace also connect this floor to the swimming pool.

The second floor of this luxurious Dubrovnik holiday rental consists of two junior suites with the same room arrangement - each of them is made up of a kitchen, living room with dining area, double bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom and balcony with a sea view.
