A heated outdoor pool and a dining table for eight are located on the first-floor terrace. The summer kitchen features an authentic rustic Croatian fireplace, and a sandy beach is about 1 km on foot. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. A security deposit of 300 is required.

The villa is located near Dubrovnik, in a quiet neighborhood, away from roads and traffic noise. It is a true example of the symbiosis between the Mediterranean ‘fiake’ and modern technical solutions. It is surrounded by forest, but this does not mean that guests will not be able to enjoy the view of the nearby port of Gruž. On two floors, villa offers four bedrooms in which eight guests can enjoy their vacation. The pull-out sofa in a separate room next to the living room offers accommodation for another adult or two small children. The heated outdoor pool, located on the first floor terrace, will offer refreshment to those who cannot wait to walk one kilometer to the beautiful sandy beach.
