Upstairs are two bedrooms, including one with a terrace that overlooks the sea. The largest terrace features an outdoor swimming pool and 4 deck chairs, with stairs leading down to a private concrete beach plateau. Fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi‑Fi and satellite TV, plus a washing machine and kitchen essentials. Pets are allowed (up to 1). Check-in is 16:00 and check-out is 10:00, with a €500 damage deposit required.

On the ground floor of Villa Fortica Mare, there are a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower. This whole area is framed by tall French doors, which, besides being a great source of light, connect the inside to the terrace and pool area of the villa. The living room has a sofa, which can be used as an extra bed for 1 child.

On the first floor of Villa Fortica Mare, there are two spacious bedrooms. One of them has a terrace that offers an amazing sea view.

Besides the exceptionally furnished, open and fluid interior, Villa Fortica Mare also has an amazing garden area, stone terraces and other surfaces. The largest terrace is located on the ground floor of the villa and is equipped with a beautiful swimming pool. The whole area around the swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable deck chairs (4 deck chairs), that will allow you to completely dedicate yourself to summer enjoyment in the sea and sun and other natural beauties of this hidden paradise. Within this area, there are numerous, carefully arranged and diligently maintained, garden areas. From the terrace with the swimming pool, stairs lead to the beach with a concentrate plateau.

Villa Fortica Mare is fully air-conditioned. The villa has satellite TV, Wi-Fi, stove, hood, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, iron, baby cot and feeder available upon request, washing machine, swimming pool, garden, terrace, and garden and dining sets.

Distance from the sea is 2 m and from the town center of Dubrovnik is 800 m.

As of this year Villa Fortica Mare has its own private beach (concrete plateau) which you can reach by the stairs (50 stairs) which connects beach with the main terrace where you will find swimming pool.
