The beach is connected by stairs to the ground floor of Villa Dubrovnik Lux Life, facing the sea and with terrace caressed in sun with resting and dining furniture. The internal part of the ground floor, connected by glass door, includes comfortable space with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a table for 12 people, a comfortable living room with sofas that can be used as a 2 person bed and a toilette. On the ground floor, there is also a special guest house which consists of king size beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

First floor of Villa Dubrovnik Lux is reachable by stairs from living room. There you'll find fully equipped office room with an open seafront view and a modernly equipped fitness room that allows you to maintain daily exercise. Also, on the first floor you'll find double room with king size bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub and two terraces where you can enjoy morning coffee in quiet moments. On the first floor level is there's another guest house which is equipped with a king size bed with en suite bathroom with shower.

On the second floor Luxury Villa Dubrovnik Lux Life has two rooms. One of them is a master room of 57 m2 with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower and bath. The other room is also spacious and has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower.Thanks to the large windows and refined use of white, its 500 m2  interior provides plenty of daylight, as well as stunning view of the island of Daksa, the tiny cliffs of Grebeni and the turquoise Adriatic Sea. From Swarovski chandeliers and Persian carpets to paint and sculpture works by great 20th century artists, every detail has been carefully selected to create a sophisticated, yet homely atmosphere. Travertine Navona marble floors extend through common spaces, combining warm summer days with the coolness of its surface. Croatian oak floors infuse the bedrooms with touch of warmth, and the bathrooms shine in marble, some in quite unique kinds such as Travertino Giallo Unique marble, sourced from a height of 4,000 meters in South America.
