Guests have access to an outdoor pool (available 08.05–15.10), a sauna with shower, a bocce court, and a meeting room with a screen and projector. The villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen with BBQ and a garden for homegrown vegetables, plus Wi-Fi.

When entering from the street to the garage, an elevator takes you to the first floor of this outstanding property, where the Lux Heaven Suite is located. This special suite is actually a charming apartment consisting of a modern bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living-dining area with an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and its own terrace. Going further up to the second floor of the Lux Heaven Suite by elevator, a brand new and carefully decorated meeting room opens in front of you. It is equipped with a screen and projector, which is convenient if doing some business during your vacation.

The following level of this unique and sensational property is marked by the breathtaking pool area with deck chairs and sun umbrellas. Next to this lounge area, there is a wonderful garden, from which guests can enjoy homegrown vegetables. Also, for entertainment, you will find a bocce court located on this same level.

Finally, after reaching the top level of the property, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ on the left side of the residential building, which will provide endless enjoyment in local cuisine. Above this kitchen, on the first floor, there is a separate bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, created for enjoying peace and tranquility. On the right wing of the main residential building, a sauna has found its perfect place.

The central place of the last level belongs to the 200-year-old main residential building, which has been redesigned and renovated. Within its ground floor, there are a spacious living room, stylishly decorated dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The first floor of the main residential building is created as a sleeping oasis, ideal for complete relaxation. Four elegant bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms with shower or bathtub, beautifully decorated with 200-year-old ceiling drawings, are found on this floor.

Luxury Villa Dubrovnik Heaven is completely air-conditioned. The villa is equipped with SAT TV LCD TV-s, stereo system, CD and DVD devices, Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, kettle, toaster, laundry room with ironing equipment, washing machine and dryer, safe, sauna with shower and toilet, indoor and outdoor fireplace, wine cellar and in-floor heating. The villa also has a garage with 4 parking spaces.
