This place is in old town right, its a great distance to everything there. Plan for lots of stairs in Dubrovnik, but great location. the Buza bar is right behind the place and also one of the entrances to the wall is very close. I would love to go back to Dubrovnik and explore more.

Host is extremely responsive and got us checked into the unit much earlier than expected. A slight cigarette smell from the common space outside of the unit, but it did not affect our sleep. Great no frills place right by the church in Old Town or Dubrovnik. Great host and no frills accommodation for a couple or a small group of friends visiting the area. Host also helps with taxi recommendations from airport which saves us money from being ripped by surge priced uber or expensive local taxis.

Wonderful place to stay right in the middle of Dubrovnik close to all the sites and restaurants. Very modern and comfortable accommodations in one of the oldest historic cities. Washer/dryer was allowed us to refresh our travel clothes for an extended trip. Host was very responsive and welcoming before and during our visit. Would highly recommend for your visit to this beautiful city.

A beautiful space in an absolutely perfect location. Jelena’s space is so charming and felt like a breath of fresh air. While it was very nice to have laundry apparatus available, the washer/dryer combination was a little difficult to use. Jelena was easy to communicate with, but the primary means of communication is What’s App rather than the AirBnb messaging, which we were not aware of at first. Overall we have a lovely stay at Jelena’s place and I would not hesitate to book!

This property is in a great location within the city walls - clean apartment on the top floor with a nice view from the upstairs area. Host was very responsive to questions. Only negative was at times smoking from a neighbor on the top floor - it did not come into the apartment - at times just needed to pass it. Otherwise our stay was excellent.

This is an incredible place - amazing views of the cathedral and roof tops (it’s up 3 flights of stairs), with the photos not doing the view justice. So close to everything. Absolutely amazing! Jelena was also really responsive and accommodating about check in - I was feeling unwell in the heat and she let us check in early which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend, and would love to stay here again.

Things I didn’t know that would have helped (though admittedly I didn’t read everything, so maybe it was somewhere in the description): way easier to get to with luggage from the Pile gate due to stairs from the middle gate. Additional 4 stories of stairs up to my rental unit. Could not figure out how to dry clothes after a wash — there was an instruction manual that was complicated and I gave up — the washer seemed to work very well. Also bought detergent since there was none that I could find. Slight smell in the building, but that’s how old buildings go sometimes, and the stairs to the loft are slightly steep. Overall this is a charming place! I would stay again :) Also I want to note that I didn’t reach out to solve any of those small complaints , so I assume I could have found help had I been proactive!

Jelena’s place is in a wonderful location, within steps of some best restaurants and attractions in Dubrovnik. The space is exactly as described in the listing, with very comfortable bed, and linens. Really good location for being in the centre of the city. Very quiet as well. The only thing to be aware of is that it is no good for disabled people or people with reduced mobility as up four flights of stairs and no lift.

We stayed in the two separate bedroom apartments on the ground floor of Jelena's apartment, and it was a great experience from start to finish. It was easy to communicate with her, the rooms were comfortable, spotless and easy to access, and they were in a great location only a few minutes' walk from the heart of Split's old town. Excellent, consistent hot water in the bathrooms (which isn't always the case with a rental) was an extra plus. Highly recommended

Jelena’s place is just as described and pictured. It’s within the old city, on the flat part which one doesn’t have to climb a lot of steps to get to the building’s front entrance. It is central, close to the clock tower and the church (the downside is the bell chimes all day and night but with the windows closed, it is not noticeable). The place is clean and organized. Has the essential tools for simple cooking. Communication with Jelena was easy. The only downside is that one of the neighbours smoke in the landing, just outside the Airbnb. The smell sometimes get into the Jelena’s flat. Jelena did try to help with the issue and hopefully that can be resolved in the future. I stayed for 12 nights in Nov and it was a great value and overall a good place.
