This welcoming single-floor villa in Krnica offers a comfortable base for family gatherings, sleeping up to nine guests in four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Surrounded by a large 800 m² garden, it features a private heated pool and a safe play area for children, making it ideal for both fun and relaxation. Enjoy meals on the covered terrace, unwind in the open-plan living room, or explore the tranquil Istrian countryside. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing local specialties. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi ensure a pleasant stay in all seasons. With the Adriatic coast just a short drive away, this villa is a practical and peaceful retreat in Istria.

Wonderful Villa Bambina with a heated pool is situated in a small place Krnica near Pula town, in the Istrian region. Wonderful 4-star estate with a surface of 800 m2 is located some 3 km from the sea. It is a perfect location for exploration of the Istrian peninsula.

Villa of 150 m2 boasts 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is the perfect accommodation for up to 9 persons. The perfect mansion in reality is just like you see it in the pictures – lovely, charming, and kid-friendly.

The one-floor family house abounds in greenery. An ample garden with kids’ outdoor toys is perfectly safe for children’s entertainment.

Alfresco-covered terrace with a surface of 40 m2 with 2 intersected columns will be perfect for your vacation days. You can enjoy your cocktail while the kids are swimming at the pool, go down the slide or play football, badminton, or darts. Pool heating is an extra charge of 15€ per day.

The interior of the house is very elegant. Charming living room and a completely equipped modern kitchen offer a beautiful view of the garden where the turquoise pool of 32 m2 dominates. A comfortable dormitory comes with 4 lovely bedrooms and 4 en-suite elegant bathrooms. Carefully picked details ooze simplicity and comfort.

Villa Bambina, located in the hinterland provides necessary peace and relaxation. If you decide to rent it during colder periods, the pool can be heated on demand. The house is covered with Wi-Fi and is air-conditioned in all areas.

We suggest renting a car, the road connection is very good. In half an hour you can be in Pula and Medulin, in an hour in a more distant Porec. This region is culinary and gastronomic heaven, so without a doubt, your palates will enjoy traditional Istrian food.
