This contemporary villa in Solin offers a private heated pool with integrated massage jets, perfect for relaxing days with family or friends. The fully fenced property features a secure outdoor space, including a trampoline, swing, and slide for children, while adults can indulge in evenings by the barbecue. Inside, find spacious living areas, a modern kitchen, and a variety of game options such as table tennis, table soccer, and darts. Each of the four bedrooms is designed for comfort and privacy, with en-suite bathrooms and access to a large terrace with sunset views. Located a short drive from the city of Split, you can easily visit its famed historical sites while enjoying a peaceful retreat.

Villa Domenica with heated pool is located in a picturesque village near Split. It has a beautiful view of the sea and surroundings.

The large property is completely fenced and features private parking.

In the courtyard is a barbecue where you can prepare delicious grilled meals and enjoy them at the covered dining table next to the pool. The pool terrace is equipped with deck chairs. The swimming pool is private, has integrated massage jets and can be heated.

There are a trampoline, swing and small slide outside where children can play while you relax on the sundeck. Inside the villa, on disposal, you have table tennis, table soccer and darts for entertainment.

The ground floor of Villa Domenica features a spacious living room with a large comfortable sofa, and it is connected to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The living room is reachable from the pool terrace. On the ground floor are also one of the bedrooms and a bathroom.

On the first floor are the remaining three bedrooms and each has an en-suite bathroom and an exit to a spacious terrace from where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

In around 20 minutes with car, you can reach the amazing city Split and visit all its famous historical sights: the Diocletian's Palace, Vestibule, Jupiters Temple, St. Dominus Cathedral and many more.
