This 200 m² villa in Čilipi, Croatia, sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Arranged over two floors, it includes a living room, dining room, and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen. Outside, the 2,000 m² grounds feature a heated pool, covered lounge seating, a separate covered dining area, an open-fire barbecue, and lawn space. Three bedrooms have access to a private balcony, and the villa also offers a sauna and an exercise room. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A EUR 1,500 security deposit is payable on arrival and returned after inspection.

Located in a traditional village Ćilipi, not far from infamous Dubrovnik or the beaches, Villa Phaunos is a sanctuary for those seeking privacy, luxury, and pure relaxation. The property takes up 2000 m² area surrounded by lush greenery. Without many neighbors around, you are sure to get an excellent night of sleep while savoring fresh Mediterranean sea air. The spacious outdoor area provides a heated pool, covered outdoor lunge seating and plenty of soft green lawn for playtime. Two levels occupy the interior with four ensuite bedrooms, three of which have access to a private balcony, roomy living room with plush sofas, a dining room, fully equipped contemporary kitchen and also a sauna and an exercise room. There is a separate outdoor covered dining area with an open fire barbecue perfect for warm summer evenings complemented with company of friends and family.

In four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortable accommodated.

Čilipi is a small village, 20 kilometers Southeast of Dubrovnik, where local customs, folk costumes and traditional embroidery are integrated in locals’ daily lives. A local museum exhibits such examples and the summer festival displays cultural performances and traditional dances.

For transparency: please account for 1500 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection.
