Four ensuite bedrooms are at your disposal, each with incredible views, a flat screen TV, and some with access to a balcony. The living area is beautifully designed and furnished with your comfort in mind. Open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area offer sea views making preparing meals a pleasure. Outdoor areas are equally stunning and strategically set up for the whole party to get together and enjoy each other’s company. Without many neighbors around you are sure to have this lovely slice of hillside to yourself. A heated outdoor pool, sun loungers, garden with soft green lawn and olive trees, covered lounge seating, and an outdoor kitchen with an alfresco dining area are all provided for your enjoyment. Located just 14km west of Dubrovnik, Orašac is abundant in marvelous beaches with calm clear water and plenty of restaurants and shops around. For a full experience of the area we invite you to visit infamous city Dubrovnik, which just may be the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast, for a good reason. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today it displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCO pedestrian only charming Old Town is enveloped in 10th century city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect view point to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija.
