This standalone villa in Molunat offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and space for up to 10 guests, with eight sleeping comfortably and two extra beds available on request. Set on a hillside and surrounded by pine, cypress, orange, and olive trees, it features a 250 m2 interior and a 2000 m2 yard. The open-plan living room connects to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, while the terrace includes built-in barbecue facilities, outdoor dining, and a 70 m2 pool with sun loungers. Each bedroom has sea views and a private bathroom with a shower. A 2000 euro security deposit is required on arrival, and groups under 25 years of age are not accepted.

From the Southernmost part of Croatia nestled between two calm bays with stunning views of the sea we introduce to you Villa Adriatica. Standing on its own, positioned on a hillside, surrounded by lush vegetation with pine and cypress, orange and olive trees, there is no choice but to enjoy the serene peace of nature and indulge in fresh sea air. Lovely interior is a combination of traditional classic, contemporary and cozy design. Bedrooms, filled with light, also granting sea views, each come with a private bathroom with a shower. Open space living room joined by a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen open up to a specious terrace with built in barbecue facilities, outdoor dining, and a larger than usual 70 m2 pool, surrounded by sun loungers. Welcome to the Adriatic.

In four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Two extra beds could be supplied for two extra guests if neccessary, upon request.

Located 20 km south of Dubrovnik Airport, Molunat is a charming fishing village, away from the tourist crowds yet abundant in sandy beaches, thick vegetation and gorgeous blue sea. Local customs, folk costumes and traditional embroidery is integrated in locals’ daily lives and can be witnessed in a village Čilipi, 18 kilometers away. Here a local museum exhibits such examples and the summer festival displays cultural performances and traditional dances. From here, it is a must to visit the infamous Dubrovnik, just 40 minutes to the West, abundant in history, culture, shopping and culinary wonders. Welcome to Dalmatia.
