The ground and first floor consists of a duplex four-bedroom apartment that accommodates up to 6 guests, with the option for one additional child. It includes 4 bedrooms—three with double beds (160 × 200 cm) and one with a single bed (140 × 200 cm)—as well as 2 bathrooms with shower, a living room, kitchen, and laundry room. Two bedrooms share a balcony with breathtaking sea views, complete with a table and chairs—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee overlooking the endless blue horizon.
