The sub terrain level includes a parking garage, a shared Jacuzzi, and a laundry room. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned double bedroom. The terrace on the first floor features a heated infinity swimming pool, sun deck with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a covered outdoor dining area with a stone grill. Inside you’ll find a living room, dining area, fully equipped modern kitchen, and a guest toilet. Upstairs are two more en-suite bedrooms (bathtub and shower) and a master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite shower bathroom. Wi-Fi and satellite LED SMART TVs are available, with parking provided on-site. Check-in is 16:00 and check-out is 11:00; a €500 damage deposit is payable upon arrival and returned on departure.

From the sub terrain level, you will go up a flight of stairs where you will reach the ground floor of Villa Sutivan 3. On this floor, there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a SAT TV.

On the first level of Villa Sutivan 3, which is also the central part of the villa, there is a large terrace with a heated infinity swimming pool and a breathtaking view of the sea. Next to the pool is a sun deck with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. On this terrace, there is also a covered outdoor dining area with a table and chairs and a stone grill. The terrace area is ideal for summer entertainment, as you can enjoy the best Dalmatian specialties and create unforgettable moments with your loved ones.

Large glass sliding doors connect the outdoor terrace with the interior of the first floor of the villa. On the first floor, there is a spacious, contemporary living room with a sofa and SMART TV, a dining area with a dining table and chairs, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a guest toilet.

The second floor and third floor of this luxury villa are designed as an oasis for sleep and relaxation. On the second floor, you will find a comfortable bedroom with a king size bed, a sofa and a designer en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. This bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with a SAT TV.

On the third floor of Luxury Villa Sutivan 3, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. This air-conditioned bedroom also has a SAT TV and its own balcony with a spectacular view of the sea.

Luxury Villa Sutivan 3 is completely air conditioned and has Wi-Fi. The villa is equipped with satellite LED SMART TVs. The kitchen if fully equipped with a stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, freezer, ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and blender. The villa also has a washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, baby cot and high chair, outdoor fireplace, and parking space for its guests.
