Spread across 3 floors, the home offers 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, plus a living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for meals at the large dining table or outdoors. For downtime, there’s a home cinema setup and internet access. Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is at 10:00; a €2000 damage deposit is due on arrival and returned on departure.

The splendid yard of Villa Hvar Carpe Diem welcomes you after passing through the gate. Here, you will feel like you are in a true oasis. The stone stairs lead to the gorgeous pool and cascade terrace area, where any guest will forget the rest of the world and fully enjoy an amazing vacation. The five terraces, which are all furnished with exclusive garden furniture, deck chairs and sun umbrellas, as well as the huge pool, in which you can enjoy the most beautiful view while swimming, are the most amazing parts of the villa. Another fantastic feature of the villa is the massive and comfortable dining table with 14 chairs and a large sun umbrella.

On the ground floor of Villa Hvar Carpe Diem, there is a calm, quiet sleeping area with 4 charming bedrooms. Sweet Dream 1, Sweet Dream 2, and Sweet Dream 3 are equipped with king size beds and en suite bathrooms and have direct access to the terraces with outdoor furniture. These terraces offer a spectacular view of the sea. On the other hand, Sweet Dream 4 with a king size bed has no sea view. Sweet Dream 3 and Sweet Dream 4 share one bathroom.

The first floor is perfectly designed for relaxation or for gatherings with family and friends. The spacious living-dining area as well as the fully equipped kitchen provide all the facilities needed for preparing wonderful meals that you can enjoy either on the large wooden dining table in the dining area or on the covered terrace with an outdoor grill and a beautiful sea view. The sofa in the living room invites you to spend peaceful hours in total relaxation.

Furthermore, there is the Keep on Dreaming bedroom with a modern en suite bathroom, which has direct access to the balcony with a breathtaking sea view.

The Relaxation Suite consists of a bedroom with a king size bed and a spacious en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. This suite is on the second floor and is connected to the living area by a spiral staircase. This suite has its own terrace where you can enjoy quiet and peaceful hours outdoors or choose to spend some time indoors in its own living room.

The second floor offers the Sensation Suite. A comfortable bedroom with a king size bed, its own dressing room, gorgeous living room with a large balcony and a breathtaking sea view will allow you to forget the stresses of everyday life. This suite also has a stylishly designed bathroom with a bathtub and shower with an amazing sea view. The extra-large private terrace with 2 sun beds and sun umbrella will give you the sensation of a perfect vacation.

It is equipped with heated floors, fireplace, satellite LDC TV, home cinema with blu-ray DVD, CD, Internet access, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ice-maker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, soap, shampoos and toiletries, garden furniture, sitting furniture, outdoor grill, outdoor shower and WC, and a baby cot. The villa also has private parking space for its guests. The housekeeper of the villa lives in a separate house next to the villa and is at your disposal for providing concierge services.
