This historic villa in Hvar covers 650 m², with a 200 m² Mediterranean garden. Set across three connected levels, it offers 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, 5 bathrooms, and 1 additional toilet, suitable for up to 10 guests. The main level includes a spacious living room with fireplace and home library, along with two double bedrooms and private bathrooms. The attic adds three more double bedrooms with shower bathrooms (the master has a designer bathtub). On the lower level you’ll find a wine cellar, large sauna, a relaxation room with jacuzzi and shower, and a dedicated massage room. The villa also features a spa swimming pool (about 25 m²) that can be opened via sliding glass walls. Rooms are heated and air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Check-in is at 17:00 and check-out at 10:00; a €1000 damage deposit is required on arrival.

On the high ground floor of the Baroque palace is a spacious living room (45 m²), with a large Baroque balcony. The living room is harmoniously furnished in accordance to the overall atmosphere and the ambience of this historic house. Besides the extraordinary atmosphere in terms of the interior design, the living room is actually a fully functional space for your maximum relaxation and enjoyment, equipped with sitting furniture, fireplace and the latest technology (satellite TV, DVD player, computer with Internet connection). Here, the guests also have the home library at their disposal, full of numerous books, publications and various magazines in different world languages.

In this part of the house, there are also two bedrooms (27 m² and 20 m²). Both of them have double beds and private bathrooms with a shower. Between the two rooms, there is another separate toilet. This whole area is linked together with a long corridor that leads to the fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The dining space is in synchronization with the tone of the house. Here, you will find a dining table for 10 people, as well as a large kitchen with a massive work surface and all the necessary appliances and devices. The dining room is separated from the garden by a glass door that goes along the entire outer length and leads to the garden of 200 m ², rich in Mediterranean vegetation. The garden is also equipped with a dining table for 10 people and some garden furniture with sun loungers by the pool.

On the first floor - attic of the Baroque palace of Villa Hvar, there are three double bedrooms of 50 m², 36 m² and 25 m². Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower, while the master bedroom has a private bathroom with a designer bathtub. The bedrooms are located in the attic, which, combined with the original and appropriate interior, have a special charm. Each room is decorated to the last detail in a completely unique way, which is particularly interesting because of the individuality of each unit, yet still connected together into a unity.

The low ground floor of the Gothic house of Villa Hvar is where you will find a wine cellar, large sauna, relaxation room with a jacuzzi and shower and a separate room for massages, equipped with a modern massage table, essential oils and all other spa necessities.

The high ground floor of the Gothic house is connected to the villa's garden and it has an indoor pool (approx. 25 m²) with sliding glass walls, so it can be opened up and thus transformed into an outdoor pool.

Villa Hvar has personnel (housekeeper, janitor), who will take care of all your needs and desires, and ensure you the perfect stay.

All the rooms in Villa Hvar are heated and air-conditioned. The whole property is superiorly designed and is rich with antique furnishings. Each room has LCD satellite TV and Hi-Fi device for music. The house is equipped with refrigerators, icemaker, wine refrigerator, stove and oven, coffee machine, laptop and Internet access, safe, washer and dryer, dishwasher, hair dryers, garden furniture and chairs, as well as all other technical aids that will make your stay comfortable.

Distance from sea is 20 m, while the distance from the town center of Hvar is also 20 m.
