Outside, guests can enjoy a 32 m² saltwater heated pool, a spacious terrace with a dining area, and direct access to the beach below. Panoramic views extend across the Adriatic Sea toward Lokrum Island, Banje Beach, and the Old Town beyond the city walls. Two additional beds may be available if necessary, please inquire. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00; a 1,000 EUR security deposit is required on arrival and refunded upon departure after inspection. Please note: no groups under 25 years of age.

Outdoors, the villa offers a 32 m² saltwater heated pool, a spacious terrace with a dining area, and direct access to the beach below. Panoramic views extend across the Adriatic Sea to Lokrum Island, Banje Beach, and the Old Town, just beyond the city walls.
