The villa offers 190 m² of space and accommodates up to 10 guests, with four bedrooms (two on the ground floor and two in a gallery) and three spacious bathrooms. You’ll also have two fully equipped kitchens and two living rooms. Outdoors, enjoy a heated pool with a generous sun deck, plus a jacuzzi and a sauna. Two covered terraces provide room for dining and relaxing, and there is an outdoor barbecue. Nerežišća is a cultural and historical landmark known for its stone mansions, winding streets, and intimate squares, and the closest beach is a 5-minute drive away. A 300 euro security deposit is required on arrival and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Please no groups under 25 years of age; inquire about pets.

In four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. There is availability for two more guests on the sofa bed,if necessary.

Perched on the island’s largest slope, the village enjoys stunning views.
