Specious and elegant Villa Jardin is found in the heart of Istria, making it ideally located for exploring the lovely Peninsula rich in natural beauty, glorious beaches, notable architecture and endless points of interest. An enormous pool of 72m2 complements the villa surrounded by greenery and sun loungers for your enjoyment. The garden also provides a covered seating area, as well as outdoor dining with an authentic built in BBQ facilities. Villa itself consists of three levels over 450m2. Approached from the pool area is the ground level with floor to ceiling windows allowing abundant light occupying a bright living room, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining room plus one of the en-suite double bedrooms. The first floor has the remaining three en-suite bedrooms and a large balcony. The attic offers an extra lounge area with a sofa bed while the lower ground level is equipped with a jacuzzi, sauna, fitness center and table tennis. 

In four bedrooms eight guests are comfortably accommodated. Two more guests can be accommodated on two extra beds.

While some may say the heart of Croatia beats the fastest in the South, some think it flourishes in Istria. Extremely rich in history standing proof to occupation by multiple powers Istria is the most multicultural region of Croatia with preserved Roman ruins, excellent cuisine, superb beaches, crystal clear water, its own dialect and hospitable hosts. The mountainous center of the peninsula is home to charming villages producing their own olive oil and delicious wine and if you find yourself here in late summer to early fall be sure to attend a truffle festival offering exquisite truffles in every way known to the gastronomic world. 

For transparency: please account for 600 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Up to two friendly pets are welcome with a 50 euro per pet per week cleaning fee.  Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
