Labin, the nearest town, is a 20-minute drive, offering numerous supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a bustling marketplace. The picturesque resort town of Rabac, with its stunning pebble beaches, expansive promenade, lively cocktail bars, and enticing boat excursions, is a scenic 25-minute drive away.

SHARED SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor shared deck area is designed for your comfort, featuring a beautifully refreshing 50 m² swimming pool, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a spacious deck area with eight sun loungers. The deck area is on a lower level than the main outdoor space, offering a more private atmosphere.

LAUNDRY ROOM
