CASA LAVANDA Holiday House with Pool is a 4 star Holiday house. It is located in Bale - a small village distant 12 km from Rovinj and 7 km from Camping Mon Perin where is located the nearest beach. Interior size is 110 m2 and terrace is 50 m2. The house is spread over one floor. The accommodation has three air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the living room and the other two air conditioners are located in the bedrooms. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden.  In the courtyard of the house, it is available a big terrace with an outside seating area and a private swimming pool. The pool is filled with salt water. There is a possibility to use BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.

PETS: Pets are not allowed.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 400 € -  Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.
