Nova Vas Holiday House for 8 Guests with Pool

VILLA SEABIRD Holiday House with Private Pool is located in Stranići kod Nove Vasi – a small place located 8 km from town Poreč and 5 km from the nearest beach. Interior size is 130 m² and terrace is 40 m². The house is spread over 2 floors: ground floor + 1st floor. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, bathroom and the living room with kitchen and dining area. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The accommodation has four air conditioners and one ceiling fan. There is a ceiling fan in the room with the bunk bed, while the other three rooms and the living room have air conditioners. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. Parties/events are not allowed.

PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 8 persons

BED DESCRIPTION: 3 double beds + 1 bunk bed

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.

PETS: Pets are not allowed.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 200 € - Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.

COURTYARD AND SWIMMING POOL: The courtyard is 750 m² and includes a terrace with a barbecue area - perfect place for the guests to enjoy their time together. The private heated swimming pool is 30 m² in size and is filled with fresh chlorinated water. The pool is open from 1.5. to 30.10. In the season (1.6. - 15.9.) the pool is not heated, while in other periods it is heated.
