Spanning 154 m² on a fully enclosed 987 m² property in the quiet village of Marići, Villa Marichi is a haven of tranquility. The villa features four beautifully designed bedrooms and four modern bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. A private pool invites you to unwind, while the spacious deck area offers ample sun loungers and shaded seating. The covered terrace seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces, creating the perfect setting for dining, lounging, and barbecues.  

The villa’s location offers both serenity and convenience. A 13-minute drive brings you to the picturesque resort town of Rabac, known for its stunning pebble beaches, vibrant promenade, cozy cocktail bars, and exciting boat excursions. The historic town of Labin, with its lively market, charming cafés, delightful restaurants, and well-stocked supermarkets, is just 11 minutes away.  

LIVING ROOM
The open-plan living area is designed for comfort, featuring a cozy L-shaped four-seater sofa, perfect for unwinding. Entertainment options include a 50-inch smart satellite TV and air conditioning to ensure year-round comfort. This spacious area seamlessly connects to the dining space, kitchen, and foyer, creating a welcoming atmosphere. For added convenience, a guest toilet is located nearby.  

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, filter coffee machines, microwave, hand mixer. A separate storage room is located adjacent to the kitchen for extra convenience. Families will also appreciate the inclusion of children's dinnerware for a hassle-free dining experience.  

BEDROOMS
Each of the four cozy bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom and a smart satellite TV. The king-size beds (180×200 cm) are dressed in luxurious damask bed linen for a truly indulgent sleeping experience. Three panoramic bedrooms are located on the first floor, with one featuring two single beds (90×200 cm), while the fourth bedroom is situated on the ground floor.  

BATHROOMS
Villa Marichi boasts four stylish and functional bathrooms, each featuring a walk-in rain shower, sink, and toilet. Additionally, an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water is conveniently located near the pool deck. For extra convenience, a guest toilet is situated near the open living space.  

TERRACE & DECK AREA
The expansive covered terrace seamlessly extends from the indoor kitchen and features a dining table, comfortable lounge furniture, and an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace—perfect for alfresco dining. The deck area includes eight sun loungers, while a shaded section offers relief from the sun, providing a comfortable and relaxing space.  

SWIMMING POOL
Enjoy the villa’s private panoramic saltwater pool (40 m², 10×4 m), designed to offer a gentler swimming experience. The pool area is complemented by a deck with eight sun loungers, an electronically controlled shaded tent, and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water.  

SAUNA
For ultimate relaxation, guests can enjoy a dedicated Zen area. The sauna, located in a separate unit near the outdoor dining space, offers infrared sauna treatments, with sauna towels provided for added convenience.  

LAUNDRY ROOM & GUEST TOILET 
The villa includes a well-equipped laundry room near the living area, featuring a washer, ironing board, iron, and drying rack, along with a toilet and sink.
