The 57 m² interior provides a functional layout, while the 33 m² terrace and access to a spacious fenced garden of 2000 m² make it ideal for families and guests with a pet. Air conditioning is available, and essentials such as bed linen and bath towels are provided. Guests can use a shared BBQ area in the garden, and private parking is available within the courtyard. One pet is welcome with a nightly surcharge. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 7:00, and parties are not allowed.

VAL VIDAL Holiday House is located near Tourist camp Vestar, 500 meters from the nearest beach and 6 km from the town of Rovinj. The house is spread over one floor. Interior size is 57m2 and terrace is 33 m2. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the kitchen. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. In front of the house guests can use BBQ facilities. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden of 2000 m2. The whole yard is fenced which is suitable for coming with a dog.

PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

BED DESCRIPTION: 2 big double beds + 1 sofa bed

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 6 person

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bed.

PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.
