You’ll love the peaceful surroundings and how close everything is. A 7-minute walk takes you to the historic center of Labin with its charming cafés, top-notch restaurants, and possibly the best pizza in town. You'll also find a bustling market, supermarkets, and a shopping mall nearby.
The nearest beach in Prtlog is just 8 minutes away by car, while the lively seaside town of Rabac—with its clear pebble beaches, cocktail bars, and boat tours—is only a 14-minute drive.

You’ll find one bathroom in the ground floor bedroom, another near the living room on the same floor, a third one on the first floor, and the fourth is inside one of the bedrooms. Plus, there’s a handy outdoor shower with hot and cold water right by the pool—perfect for rinsing off after a refreshing swim.
