The 3000m2 Villa Toni with an indoor area of 115m2 , spread to three areas, offers accommodation to 10 guests in three elegantly decorated bedrooms with a double bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while guests will have two additional bathrooms with a shower and other bathroom necessities such as towels, a washing machine, a hair dryer, etc. at their disposal. The ground floor of Villa Toni consists of an open space with a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The fully equipped kitchen enables the guests of Villa Toni to cook delicious meals which can be tasted in the dining area for four. The cosy living room is furnished with a sofa bed and satellite TV, creating the ideal space for relaxation and entertainment. Villa Toni Exterior

The courtyard of Villa Toni consists of three parts. The first is the terrace with the absolutely gorgeous 35m2 circular swimming pool with a small waterfall, where you will be able to cool off during hot summer days or sunbathe on the lounging chairs. Next to the swimming pool is a lounge area with a canopy and comfortable garden furniture, where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee while having a view of the pool. The second part of Villa Toni´s courtyard is the lush lawn, where you will be able to take an afternoon nap on one of the hammocks or challenge your loved ones to a game of archery. Children will particularly appreciate this part of the villa, since there is a children playground on the property. The final part of Villa Toni´s courtyard is a bit more exciting to adults, especially those who love to cook. During your stay at the villa you will enjoy complete privacy, since the entire property is fully fenced.

Murvica is a quiet Dalmatian village ideal for escaping the crowds of large cities. However, if you wish to embark on a gastronomic and cultural journey, Zadar, the region´s center, is less than 10km away. While in Zadar make sure to visit the numerous restaurants, museums, art galleries and historic and cultural monuments, as well as the world-famous installation Greeting to the Sun, where the most beautiful sunsets in the world can be seen. If you wish to explore the Zadar region, we recommend going on a one-day excursion to the surrounding areas, such as the National Park Kornati called by many a “nautical paradise” or to one of the many islands of the Zadar archipelago.
