The ground-level with its own entrance separate from the rest of the house, fully air-conditioned (cool/warm) holiday apartment was newly decorated just recently in 2018 and is therefore equipped with all the latest amenities for a comfortable stay.
It has a living room with an integrated open kitchen, and a dining table with four chairs, two bedrooms, one bathroom. The living room has a sofa with relax function, a wide digital flatscreen Smart TV with a cable programs.
The kitchen has only the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, toaster, blender for preparing food for children, kettle and coffee machine. Two bedrooms, each have a two single beds size 90x 200cm, each have flatscreen TV with a cable programs, bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage.
The bright bathroom provide a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath, a wall mirror, and a toilet,the bathrooms also has a hairdryer.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine,iron, ironing board.
There is also a safe in which you can store your precious belongings.

Large glass doors in the kitchen open directly entrance to the beautiful private patio with table, chairs and sun umbrella.
In the garden are laurel, rosemary, lavender, which spread a wonderful fragrance of the Mediterranean. Garden at night is illuminated by a discreet lighting, and it is ideal place for relaxation and rest for the most part of the year.
