Holiday House with Pool in Sv. Lovreč

MARINA Holiday House with Pool is a 3  star Holiday house. It is located in Kruncici - a small village distant  18 km from the town of Rovinj and 17 km from the town of Porec where is the closest beach.  Interior size is 200 m2 and terrace is 100 m2. The house is spread over 3 floors: ground floor + 1st floor + 2nd floor. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in one bedroom and the other air conditioner is located in the other bedroom. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. In the courtyard of the house, it is available a private swimming pool. The pool is filled with chlorine water. Across the street from the house is located a secondary courtyard that belongs to the main house. The courtyard is fenced. In that courtyard, there is available a barbecue and a private parking space.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 6 person

BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 2 extra beds (2 single beds). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and it is charged 5 € /day.

PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 5€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 100 € -  Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.

Our recommendations: The Lim Bay, known as the channel or the fjord, is located on the west coast of Istria, near Vrsar. There are two restaurants and a beach. It is located 3,5km from the property.

Wine celler Matošević - 300 meters from the property you can visit the well known Matosevic  wine cellar where you can taste, enjoy local wines and discover the story of wine making from a local Istrian family.
