Set on the outskirts of Munci near Pazin, this house is part of a small complex of two connected houses with intersecting courtyards and a vaulted passage linking them to the large pool. The larger house (about 100 m²) offers an equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room, one double bedroom, one triple bedroom, and a bathroom; the living room sofa can serve as an extra bed for one more person. The smaller house (about 70 m²) includes an air-conditioned living room, kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom on the first floor, plus another bedroom with a double bed and an extra single bed upstairs. Alongside the large pool, there’s an additional free-standing pool, outdoor barbecue, and outdoor seating for relaxing. Up to 2 pets are allowed and parking for 3 cars is available. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

Villa "Lastavica Pod Ruzon" is located in the heart of Istria, on the outskirts of the small village Munci.

The complex consists of 2 houses, whose courtyards intersect, and they are connected by a large vaulted passage, right next to a large pool.
In the larger house, Lastavica (100 m2), at your disposal you have the upper floor of the house: A kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has three single beds. The sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed for one more person.

The smaller of the two houses, Pod Ruzon, is equal to 70 m2. On the first floor there is an air-conditioned living room, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is another bedroom (one double and one extra single bed). In total, both villas can accommodate 11 guests.

Besides the large pool in the first courtyard, there is an additional free-standing pool, outdoor barbecue and comfortable furniture for sunbathing and lounging.
