This beautiful restored farmhouse is one with the harmony of traditional and modern architecture of Istria, fully restored and adapted to the modern lifestyle. 7 bedrooms, living room, dining room, beautiful large garden, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen. The house is on an area of 2800 square meters, 10 km from the sea and near Rabac, where there are some of the most beautiful beaches in Istria. It is completely walled, making it ideal for people with small children. The villa consists of two buildings that are rented together. There is a 24 m² swimming pool with a pebbly beach and a covered outdoor area with a dining table overlooking the park.
