Welcome to Ananke, a gorgeous villa with plenty of stairs, which is no wonder, since Ananke spans across four floors: the ground floor of 199m2, the first floor of 155m2, the second floor of 130m2, and the third floor or attic of 123m2.

In addition to a lot of stairs, this villa also has a lot of kitchens and living rooms – on each floor respectively – which is great because it allows for larger groups to socialize, but it also provides for privacy when you want it. Very few villas for large groups offer the possibility of privacy and complete comfort at the same time; this is a special feature and advantage of Villa Ananke, which should be pointed out at the very beginning.

Villa Ananke was completely renovated in 2022; the garden area covers 580m2, the interior area is 507m2, and it offers accommodation for a maximum of 14, optimally 12 guests in 6 double bedrooms with a total of 8 bathrooms and 3 additional toilets.

On the ground floor, there is a modern and fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining room, and a living room plus one bedroom with two single beds (90x200), a spacious bathroom with a shower, and an additional toilet. On the ground floor, you will find a massage studio and a fitness studio as well.

On the spacious outdoor terrace surrounded by foliage, there is a dining table for 10 people. There is also a lovely garden and a heated swimming pool of 30m2, with different jets so it is not monotonous. Around the pool there are 8 deckchairs for sunbathing, undisturbed reading of your favorite books, or just practicing the unbearable lightness of being.

On the first floor of the villa there is another fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a living room with a TV, a terrace with outdoor furniture, an additional toilet, wardrobe, a bedroom with a matrimonial bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray, and a master bedroom with a matrimonial bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray.

On the second floor of the villa there is another fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a spacious living room with a TV, a terrace with outdoor furniture, an additional toilet, one bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray, a master bedroom with a matrimonial bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom that has a bathtub as well as a shower, but also an exit to the terrace. The view is WOW.

On the third or the top floor of the villa, that is, in the attic, there is a spacious living room with a TV, a bedroom with a matrimonial bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray. From the attic there is access to the terrace, where, except the view, is a 4m2 jacuzzi that can be used for decadent night swimming. On the top floor terrace you will find a lounge sofa, a comfortable armchair and an outdoor kitchen, a dining table for ten people, and another bathroom.

The terrace on the top floor offers a view of the past, present, and future at the same time. In the picture in front of you is the beautiful Franciscan monastery, the wonderful Pakleni Islands, the most beautiful sea, traditional and modern boats, but also traditional and modern passers-by. The view from the top floor terrace is even more beautiful than the view from the lower terraces, as possible as that is, since the view from villa Ananke is totally enchanting, a bit contemplative and fairytale-like, and (to tell you the truth) one of the most beautiful views offered by Hvar's villas.

Villa Ananke is fully air-conditioned; each room is equipped with Mitsubishi air conditioners that have a motion sensor. The villa also has floor heating, for those planning a vacation in the winter, that time of the year when all the people truly are relaxed on Hvar.

On the ground floor of the villa, at the back, there is a separate kitchen for preparing food, which is very convenient when you rent a chef along with the villa. Chef is not included in the price, but the price of the villa includes a housekeeper who is at your disposal 8 hours a day, every day.

Villa Ananke is completely fenced and has its own parking for at least 2 vehicles. A charger for electric cars is also available to the guests of the villa.

It is important to note that the villa, or the main house, also has an auxiliary small facility located adjacent to the main house – an apartment that serves as accommodation for staff, as your nanny or your Chef. It consists of a kitchen and a dining room, two single beds in the bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower tray. So villa Ananke is in fact suitable for 12+2 people.

The villa has minimalist, airy interiors, neutral colors, natural materials, carefully selected furniture as well as all the details and wisely placed glass walls in all strategic positions from which the views are the most beautiful. Therefore, you will enjoy the view from the living room and the terrace on the first or second floor of the villa just as much as you will enjoy the view while staying on the top floor of the villa.

Last but not the least: Ananke is a luxurious villa that will gladly host any family, but also any group of friends, regardless of their age – which cannot be said for every villa on Hvar. 

Honestly, it's hard for us to describe Ananke. It's a beautiful house, and all things beautiful are hard to describe – you have to experience them.
