The luxurious and refined villa Atlas was built in 2020.

It consists of 3 apartments, which provides big groups with individual privacy. Two apartments are on the ground floor and one is on the first floor. There are six bedrooms with matrimonial beds and one bedroom with a sofa bed. Speaking of numbers – on the ground floor, the apartments cover 151m2 and 86m2 respectively, surrounded by 950m2 of exterior space. The apartment on the first floor spreads over 111m2 with a 76m2 terrace and a 10m2 balcony.

Villa Atlas has stunning exteriors with breathtaking views, a private pool and two hot tubs. The pool is 12.5 m long and 3.5m wide, covering a total of 47.5m2.

Private parking is ensured for 4 cars in the villa garage.

Among the many virtues of Atlas, one of our favorites is a special kind of vibrant energy. During the construction of the villa, the contractors stumbled upon a large carbonate mineral called calcite. The floor plan of the garage was reshaped, so some of the minerals stayed intact. Therefore, the villa was built on top of the crystals, creating a great energy point and an exceptional living atmosphere.

The exterior of the ground floor consists of a beautiful minimalistic outdoor pool, an outdoor shower, a hot tub, sunbeds, lounge area, a grill and two outdoor dining tables, surrounded by foliage such as olive trees, palm trees, lemon tree, Japanese grass, rosemary plants, basil etc. The exterior on the first floor consists of another hot tub, a dining table, and sunbeds.

All of the interiors are minimalist (as well as the exteriors) and have custom-made furniture, designer lightning, and other pieces like artwork of well-known local artists. The colors and patterns of the villa are perfectly intertwined, while the materials and details complement them even more.

Let us deal briefly with the description of the villa.

The largest apartment of the villa is located on the ground floor and it covers 151m2.

At the entrance to the apartment, there is a built-in wardrobe with a large mirror, while to the front, the space opens up with an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 8 people, and a living room with a fireplace and smart TV. These spaces are complemented by breathtaking vistas overlooking the pool and the sea. There are two master bedrooms, each with a 200x210cm bed, a built-in wardrobe, a TV, and en-suite bathrooms, including a bathtub and a shower. In the third room, the so-called cabinet, you’ll find a TV and a sofa bed, which can stretch out to 160x200cm. The cabinet has a view of the pool and a door leading to the pool. A separate bathroom with a shower belongs to the cabinet. First apartment also has another toilet and its own utility room, with a washing/drying machine.

The second apartment situated on the ground floor covers 87m2.

At the entrance, there is a built-in wardrobe with a large mirror, offering a view of the living room with a smart TV, a dining area for 6 people, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is one master bedroom with a 180x200cm bed and a TV, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, plus another bedroom with a 180x200cm bed, a TV, and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. 

Two apartments on the ground floor are not interconnected internally, you can acess both only from the outside. 

The apartment on the first floor covers 110m2.

An open floor plan joins a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 people, and a living room with a fireplace and smart TV. In addition, there is a toilet room. There are two bedrooms, one with a 200x200cm bed and the other with a 180x200cm bed, both with a built-in wardrobe, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The first bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, the second bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. The exterior of the first floor consists of a hot tub with an amazing view, a dining table, and sunbeds.
