Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00 and check-out is until 10:00; quiet hours are between 23:00 and 7:00, and parties or events are not allowed.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself.

PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 3 person

BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and it is charged 15 € /day.

PETS: One pet is allowed, and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

COURTYARD AND SWIMMING POOL: In the courtyard of the house there is a swimming pool surrounded by sun chairs. The pool, shared between two apartments only, is 45 m² big and filled with chlorine water.
